What do you like best about Webex Calling?

I work from home full time and appreciate being able to make calls without having to have a physical phone at my house. I use the Webex suite for all of my calling and it has 100% of the features that I need to get my work done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Calling?

As with all things Cloud there have been times that I could not register to the Webex Cloud for an hour or more and i was not able to make calls. My home Internet was good i just could no get registered with Webex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webex Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use the Webex suite for calling and I can say the addition of the Webex assistant has been an improvement. It can summarize meetings that I might have missed and i don't have to play back a recording of the meeting after the fact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webex Calling?

It's too easy to operate. A grandma could open Webex and know what to do to have things working. Differently than the average Teams app, it's dark natively, which is in my humble opinion a MUST in 2024. It's compact, so I don't have to use it in full screen in order to have access to what I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Calling?

Not having a way to close the chat currently open. Sometimes you open someone's chat to read their message and answer, but then you have to do something else. The chat is still there, open, and there is no way to close it, you can just move to another chat. That's a problem, because sometimes you open Webex back and you ended up sending a read receipt when you didn't necessarily read it; nevertheless, message is considered "read" on client side when I go for a prioritary chat/discussion and I might forget to read that person's message later. There should be a way to put flags into chats/discussions or to set as "not read" se we're reminded later there are people to answer. The app should also use AI to remind you that some messages apparently need answering (even if that's an optional feature).

I love Outlook's integration with Webex, but I don't like Webex's integration with Outlook. I can easily set up a Webex meeting through Outlook, but I cannot easily set up a Webex meeting that I'll be added to my schedule. I cannot access my teammembers schedules if I don't go through Outlook. Webex's access to Outlook's information is limited; this might not be intentional, but if it is, you might want to rethink that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When the desktop is turned on this app starts on its own and even after removing it from startup apps in the setting , it starts automatically...

Also the interface is also not very beginner friendly ..
