**What do you like best about WebEngage?**

The best thing about WebEngage is its quick report generation. Generating a report takes no more than five minutes, which is extremely useful.

The best channel option for reachability is very useful in a journey. We can easily identify which channel will work best for a certain segment.

The integration and implementation are easy to use without coding for all channels.

As all the channels are integrated here at WebEngage and its omnichannel, it is to set up and track all the campaigns in one place.

Most of the time, the customer support team is quick to respond and very helpful.

The day-wise, week-wise, and month-wise campaign tracking feature is very interesting and helpful for understanding and analyzing campaign data easily.

**What do you dislike about WebEngage?**

There is no option to set a specific target limit in one-time campaigns, which would help restrict the number of messages sent through a certain campaign. This feature can be added.

The onsite surveys can be made more user-friendly, allowing for design edits at certain intervals. Currently, the process is heavily dependent on coding, making it difficult for users to make edits.

**What problems is WebEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebEngage serves as a powerful customer data platform. With all user data recorded in one place, it’s easy to target the entire customer base directly from a single platform.

This platform allows easy integration with multiple channels like Email, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Web Push Notifications, and social media. This reduces the need for additional platforms, as all communication and campaign tracking can be managed in one place.

WebEngage also provides insights into channel-specific user behavior and enables effective customer segmentation based on behavior, demographics, geography, and custom properties.

And the most important thing is, WebEngage reduces manual effort through campaign automation. Once a journey is set up, users are engaged in real-time when they perform specific actions, so it helps streamlining communication.

**What do you like best about WebEngage?**

The best thing about WebEngage is the user interface which makes it very easy for the user to implement the campaign. 
WebEngage is full of features that improve customer experience and increase the frequency of usage of our campaign which helps us to reach our users on time.
We can schedule N numbers of campaigns and no campaign gets hampered, and neither does any campaign impact any other campaign.
The customer support system of Webengage is also good which is always there to help us in resolving any issue that occurs during the execution of any campaign on Webengage.
The integration between our Data Science Team information and WebEngage team is also very smooth and each information floats easily as per our demand.

**What do you dislike about WebEngage?**

I'm fully satisfied with the support and features provided by WebEngage and my experience is good so far.

**What problems is WebEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, we used to face many issues like Personalisation not working for the name tag and now we can use the name tag which has increased the CTR by about 62% on app push and about 82% on WhatsApp.

The implementation of Campaigns is very easy with the interface. The analytics and insights have been crucial for understanding our audience's needs, enabling us to continuously refine our approach. Overall, WebEngage's intuitive interface and powerful capabilities make it an invaluable tool for building long-term customer relationships.

With so many features, new team members can find the platform a bit overwhelming at first, requiring a steeper learning curve to fully leverage WebEngage's potential.
Although there are built-in templates, the customization options can feel limited at times, when you want to use interactive campaigns that require Add-ons.

**What do you like best about WebEngage?**

Dashboard is itself very helpful. it is very adaptive. You can integrate it with your software easily within a few steps. Also, it is very easy to use the software. You can use it as a single platform to send all your emails, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, Web Push, Onsite campaigns, etc. Segmentation is also very easy, you can create multiple segments & use them in your campaigns. There is one feature called journey, if you use it, you will love it. we use it very frequently. You can also download the reports easily to see the performance. Also, they have a very amazing customer support team, which helps their customers very promptly.

**What do you dislike about WebEngage?**

I don't have any issues with WebEngage as it currently meets our requirements.

**What problems is WebEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is helping us to create multiple reminder journeys i.e. - webinar reminder, form filled not booked, booked not attended, request callback journey, downpayment journey etc. also, segmentation of these users & exclusion from one journey if user is entering in other journey. the one most loved thing is master exclusion, you can exit the user at any point of time in journey if user does that master event. this is helping us to target the right audience by giving this segmentation feature & the exclusion feature, which is helping us to maintain our ROI.

**What do you like best about WebEngage?**

The best thing about webengage is its ability to triggger communication to users at specific events/journeys the user makes on the product. These communications can be triggered in a variety of ways and through multiple channels like push, whatsapp, sms and e-mail.

**What do you dislike about WebEngage?**

I wish webengage was a little more userfirendly and its frontend analytics piece was a little more easy to navigate and visually rich like mixpanel.

**What problems is WebEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us nudge users at the right time in specific areas/journeys of the product when the user might be at the risk of dropping off or not completing a particular journey. This has been hugely beneficial to us as we are a payments product and earn on every successful transaction. The two areas where they have been very helpful is in helping more users complete a payment and also complete their onboarding journey.

We've been using WebEngage for over 3 years now, and it’s really made a difference for us as a growing startup. 

Initially, managing our communication channels as we scaled up was getting tough, especially from our backend systems. Then we integrated with WebEngage, and honestly, we weren't sure how it would go. But it turned out great! We now use WebEngage for all our communication needs—whether it’s creating leads, running promotions, or nurturing customers. What we really love is how WebEngage keeps up with market trends and quickly introduces new features that are super useful for businesses like ours :)

**What do you dislike about WebEngage?**

Nothing's perfect, there’s always room for improvement.

Sometimes the dashboard takes ages to load and just shows the loading screen forever, which can be frustrating. And while their support is generally helpful, but, if we run into a more complex issue that needs a developer's help, it can take quite a bit of time to get things sorted :(

WebEngage is helping us streamline and automate our customer communication across multiple channels like email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications. Before using WebEngage, managing these channels separately was time-consuming and inefficient. Now, we can handle everything from lead generation to customer nurturing and promotions in one place, which has improved our response times and engagement rates. The platform's ability to segment users and create personalized campaigns has also helped us target the right audience, ultimately boosting our conversion rates and enhancing customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about WebEngage?**

WebEngage is easy to schedule broadcast campaigns, journeys and segmentation is also very easy. I can easily do segmentation as per my need. I can do segmentation on the basis of user behaviour, orders/product purchase history. Also, I can download reports easily. I can add customized UTM is email templates and track the data in GA4 as well. It's very easy to check campaign-wise reports/matrix like sent count, opens, clicks, unsubscribe count. It's very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about WebEngage?**

I had 1 experience where the tool was slow and was not loading fast. Also, if I raise any ticket, customer support is available on email and hence, I don't get quick solution, which is possible on Google meet. But, WebEngage support team keeps Google meet as a last option.

**What problems is WebEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have huge user's data. It's very easy to upload csv file and create segments as per different data we have, like buyers of product A, product B. i.e. uploading offline data is very easy. Also, it's good that we can create different journeys like a welcome journey, abandoned checkout journey, upsell and cross-sell journies. Building drag and drop email template is very easy. So, I don't need HTML tech guy to create HTML email template. Also, steps of creating broadcast campaigns and overall UI of tool is simple and easy to understand. Process of scheduling SMS is also similar like email scheduling. So, it helps us and my team to do daily execution of broadcast and journeys easily.

We are a fast-growing consumer tech mobile application, and have been using WebEngage for almost a year now during our rapid growth journey. We use WebEngage daily for our  notification campaigns and across the funnel engagement. 

Pretty easy to use and has all the right features we have needed. Definitely appreciate the ease of setting up user journeys.

We required a couple custom features here and there, and the Support team was very helpful with getting those to us in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about WebEngage?**

Developers had to put some extra effort for the integration. Plus some of the documentation was not very straightforward, specially needed additional support with setting up notification channels for our Android App.

It is  very intuitive tool that makes life much easier in every way. Additionally, the customer support is promot and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend it to peers looking out for platforms that make using marketing chnnels such as Push Notifications, Email a strong way to connect with their audience. WebEngage helps bridge the drop-offs in the user journey of myHQ. It is extremely helpful as it allows us to use different channels such as WhatsApp, Push and Email in the most efficient way possible. We can do cross-channel marketing and it being intuitive is one of the biggest advantages out there.

WebEngage has a. user-friendly interface. It is very easy to create Journey with the drag and drop Journey builder. omnichannel capabilities allow me to connect with users across email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp.
It gives Real-time insights into campaign performance and user engagement. I can create granular audience segmentation for targeted marketing.

I appreciate that WebEngage organizes webinars and meetups with industry experts, providing valuable opportunities to learn from the best in the industry.

I like the ease of use of the UI, as well as the intuitive features given. They have options like 'time to send, time not to send' for emails, whatsapp, notifications...The analytics are also 1-view, making it easy to deduce performance on a quick view

I feel that the platform doesn't suggest or give recommendations on campaigns that advertisers setup. It should also suggest how I may improve a campaign for whatsapp either by creative or message, or audience or timing. Those would help

Few features we were not able to explore as they were behind a paywall, if there could be a way where we can have a few credits to try them first before making a payment

**What do you like best about WebEngage?**

The only CRM tool I handled before this was MailChimp for emails. In my current job when I was given access to webengage it was easy to pick it up with its step-by-step tools and easy personalisation methods. Plus I could get all the channels in one place and it was easy to integrate with the AWS we were currently on with just one click - Yeah. I was also surprised, especially after manually uploading so many lists at previous jobs. 

Our company was that boring transaction-based email company - i.e., boring signups, and delivery instructions to our users. But now we send them timely pushes, SMS, emails, rcs, and web push. We have automatic user journeys for new users, abandoned carts etc which has helped our company get more revenue. We use webengage daily as an e-commerce business we can't afford to leave gaps with our customers. So, pushes, nudges, timely sale announcements, and educational emails are a necessary part of our life. 

I like the way the email journey is made. It is systematic, from naming the campaign, timing, and scheduling methods, to the ability to A/B test msgs, see sample emails, and personalise for mobile and desktop. What I love I how easy it is to get test emails and check it. And we always are able to find minor issues in our scheduled emails and fix them before scheduling them. The peace of mind is priceless. Our team enjoys this maker-checker process a lot. 

The RFM, Funnels and Cohorts help us create new lists easily and it is especially a delight after they started refreshing them. Now we segment and target users based on the lists we create easily knowing full well that everyone in the segment is covered when they are starting their journey-with automatic refreshes... The insights for the business are valuable. We have for sure upped our retention game in the company and enjoy looking forward to regular product updates from Webengage as they are always up to something new based on retention strategies and usecases.

**What do you dislike about WebEngage?**

Earlier a lot of lists were static - not anymore, The learning curve especially for tasks a bit complicated tasks like personalisation, and fetching important dynamic things was a bit hard. We had to contact customer support to sort out some of those issues. We received responses within 24 hours with solutions. Now they are starting with their academy to help with common tasks.

**What problems is WebEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a startup we didn't know how to engage our users across all channels to give a full stack experience and personalise the journeys. And WebEngage helped us get all channels in one place, track everything, and A/B test our ideas. Which we use a lot as we are trying to find the best way to reach our segmented users. 

Our team easily schedules the pushes based on the winning science - clicks, purchases or event-based conversions, we can get a look at how our snapshot view of how the campaigns are doing. Recently we started with RCS and since we didn't activate that in web-engage. I know how hard it was to manually down the list of users and send them the msg out and then come back and send the left-out users SMS or Whatsapp based on their reach. As a small team, WebEngage helped us implement journeys and campaigns faster and across multiple channels. Their segmentation helps us send relevant msgs to our user in less time. We can see good retention and a considerable increase in revenue and repeat businesses from our customers because now we are in front of them through their preferred channel with content personalised to their segments. Looking forward to hyper-personalisation and other experiments on it.

**What do you like best about WebEngage?**

First of all WebEngage helps you target the right users with the right channel with a very easy to use interface. Features such as Personalization, A/B testing helps garner better response rates in campaign efforts. Simple yet easy SDK integration with application allows us to better track events such as login and session details etc. Web engage journeys are one of the best when it comes to implementing campaign logic. Automation of Campaign workflows is breezy with action based triggers and delays based on user behavior. Link Tracking and analysis features further help me understand campaign performance at the deeper level. For eg. with A/B testing i can test two variants of the SMS and which ever gets the most engagement will be used for the bulk of the users. Which intern helps me improve my campaign strategies. I am using web engage for all of our daily campaigns. Marketing as well as collection. lastly the support that you received from the customer support team. They are like wizards who know what needs to be fixed and will promptly take actions on it.

**What do you dislike about WebEngage?**

There are a few features that are lacking or missing such as AI content suggestion tool for push and email campaigns. some pre built templates would have also helped. Another feature which I think should be improved is the reports section. They should offer more customization options when it comes to reports.

**What problems is WebEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebEngage is enabling us to streamline and improve our digital collection efforts. earlier, we used to struggle a lot with Disjointed communications across different channels such as SMS, IVR, EMAIL. Manually triggering of these collection messages at the right time was a difficult task and personalization was also missing from it. Earlier we used to juggle between multiple vendor platforms to execute these campaigns and moving from one vendor to another for SMS  or IVR services was an hassle. Web engage allowed us to use multiple vendors minus the hassle of going through the vendor specific panels. Another advantage of using web engage is effective link tracking. This feature allowed me to identify which channel is actually driving the conversion and which isn't. This information can be further used to do the cost optimization of campaigns. Omnichannel journeys have allowed us to put sms,ivr, Whatsapp and push in one simplified journey which gets triggered based on user actions such as click, open, read and events such as paid, form filed, documents submitted etc. Further more A/B testing not just allows you to test different variants of content but also different vendors. To put it simply assume you want to send 2 different versions of sms through two different vendors this can be done with web engage. All of these feature  have allowed us to Design seamless collection journeys that reach users on their preferred channels at preferred time. Also Automated collection messages based on user behavior ensure that they receive the right message at the right time on the right channel.

Overall, WebEngage is making our digital collection efforts more automated, data-driven and ultimately more successful.

Insurance as a use case is very complex, and user psychology tends to be somewhat negative. Here, WebEngage comes into play to identify user behavior, segment it accordingly, and creatively nudge users. The way WebEngage creates the entire user journey and mind map is very simple for anyone to understand from any department.

There are cases where we sometimes find it difficult, as users can have multiple iterations in an insurance policy, and to keep track, we update the data over the existing events. This makes it necessary for the admin to close the track on the previous data points against those events or attributes.

We are an insurance management application. Here, we not only focus on selling insurance but also on keeping track of all existing and older insurance policies. Web Engage's customer sucess team ( customer support)  plays a key role in driving your journeys and campaigns bringing in best practices and analyzing and tweaking journeys to ensure we follow all industry standards which has helped us drive incremental revenue.
Their Rnd team comes with innovatations  making the tool have so many new features and functionalities that have helped us create a lot more journeys and campaigns apart from the BAU's.
Without offline and online data on web engage, now we are truly expereincing customer 360 through web engage. We have a lot of use cases that we plan to implement in the near future. The integration with various inhouse systems is surely a plus and needs to be highlighted. It is also worth noting that the implementation did not take time at all and took less than a month. Kiddos to the onboarding team for the brillant turn around time to get it up and running!

Honestly, the tool is superb with a lot of features. We as a team is looking forward for the much awaited "magic box". I truly belive that this will be a revolution with so much of value addition that it will bring in! We are so much curiously waiting for this feature . What I like best about WebEngage are its comprehensive features, including event analytics, live segments, RFM analysis, funnels, and journey creation. Customer support and business consulting are also very helpful for resolving issues. We use it daily, and implementation is quick and efficient.

In my opinion, creating live segments in WebEngage is too time-consuming, and a faster process would be beneficial.
