What do you like best about web2Project?

What I like most is undoubtedly that it is a free project manager, unlike other systems this one in particular allows a safe download and installation without major problems, the tool helps to manage multiple projects at once and that these can be viewed with an easy visualization scheme, It also has the ability to create roles, making it easier for team leaders to have control over the projects, it is a tool that in terms of professional fucnionalidade sprofesionalese s well enough in environments where there are teams with several members, it is easy to understand and develop in the technological environment of the companies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about web2Project?

What problems is web2Project solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us to work on several projects at the same time, and that we do not get confused in each one, since it has a window with information to be more aware of our process, previously we communicated in person about the progress of lso projects, but now we can visualize what are the times we must meet and know what each member of the team is working on. What do you like best about web2Project?

We take advantage of the tools on a routine basis, following and working together in projects for our progresses. It is easy to operate, install and implement in itself. What do you dislike about web2Project?

The Web2project works smoothly and easily for me; I have no complaints about it. You can also pick it up rather quickly without any prior instruction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is web2Project solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it for monitoring my clients, content and vision boards. I employ deadlines, to-do lists for sorting out the job that brings me pleasure; attachments with regard to design external URLs as well as support of additional plugins in organising this work. We can tag a person so that they may ask questions via our card, whereby the individual will get notification and be able to join or depart from any moment. "Extremely customizable open source project management tool"

What do you like best about web2Project?

It's free and easy to use. Tasks can be tracked easily. Unlike other online tools today it's a desktop app that can be accessed anytime using tabs.

We keep track of our project tasks using web2project software and it is as advanced as most modern tools.

Reminders are most important part of any PMS and this one keep reminding using various methods and keep your team mates informed too.

"Powerful project management at a great value"

What do you like best about web2Project?

Collaborating with team is easy - the different views of projects also really helped! You can view the project by date almost like a grant chart, or you can view it organized by phases, or you could have it as a workflow where tasks get moved based on their status. I loved that it was easy to customize the fields - adding and removing task fields. Additionally, having a section with a personal task list where you can mark things off was so helpful! It organized it by the due date and the small animations on the screen when you completed a task were a nice touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about web2Project?

It can be cluttered at times and while it is dynamic, it can be overwhelming if you don't know how to use it. Once you get accustomed to the platform and understand how it works, it is easy to structure and build your taskboards. However, for beginners, that process can seem chaotic at first.
