I like the ease of using this platform. Easily get in touch with patients reply to messages quickly without having to pick a phone up. I have always had a great experience whenever I call customer service. Their agents are top-notch and work with you every step of the way. They do not leave you hanging. Our patients can text us with questions, confirmation, etc. I need to see these in realtime so I can respond quickly. However, many of the messages are a simple confirmation. There are times when I need to click through several messages to dismiss them before I can access the rest of the software. It's a bit of a hassle, but not a major drag on my workflow. Weave is incredibly easy to use - almost exactly like a smartphone, as they intended. Our patients receive timely reminders and can communicate effectively with us, making missed or skipped appointments minimal. Weave has implemented a "wellness form" for the duration of the pandemic which allows us to easily screen patients before they've even come for their appointment, keeping our staff and patients safer. The two-way texting feature has been great for our patients, and if patients call that number, it's set to automatically redirect to our phone line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When a patient opts out of reminder texts, they no longer receive any communications (i.e. COVID wellness forms, actual text communications, etc.) Set-up in the office did take some time, and on the first go-round, we were somehow pulling parts of info from an optometrist's office in Arizona. One phone call and two hours later, the techs were able to fix our issue, so sometimes the fix to little things can be time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My favorite feature is the texting from our business phone number and being able to call from the mobile app on our personal cell phone, but caller ID shows the business number. When doctors answer emergency calls after hours, it is not providing patients with personal cell phone numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Because we have our phone, text, fax, and payments all through Weave, when internet or something else goes down, it is a significant problem. The team chat feature could be improved. Auto updates would be nice. A few times we've had stations out of date and they were not in sync with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Weave for the easy-to-use app on my computer, which makes it easy to stay in touch with my patients. Texting allows us to save time talking to patients on the phone and flexibility with our schedule. Any time we have had questions, Weave has responded quickly to help us, and they are always sending us options that would help our experience with Weave. We will transition our clinic to their credit card processing system because of the ease and the affordable rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't see many downsides to using Weave. The system is updated often, getting rid of bugs or glitches. If I could reccomend anything, I would say the ability to edit our contacts would be extremely helpful instead of needing to upload a new file with our contacts again.
