I love how easy Weave is to use and how it integrates well with our mobile phones and desktops. It allows us to easily communicate with others in the office, even when we are working from home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The setup process was kind of confusing with the forwarding number, but that was just a minor inconvenience. The only main thing that I would suggest be implemented would be to have the ability to transfer calls to extensions but be able to answer it from the mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The messaging feature is very convenient and helpful! It is especially helpful at catching missed calls. Being able to send a message to every call you miss is a game changer! It has made a drastic improvement in our no shows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I would recommend is changing the office hours function to support offices with obscure schedules. Our office's schedule can vary week to week, and we have to remember every week to change it to reflect the current week. It would be great if we could do it monthly. Weave has helped us greatly with communicating with patients. I also really like the group chat for interoffice communication Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the appointment reminder software does work exactly right. If a patient cancels an appointment near their appt date, the software will still send them a reminder about their appt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
