What do you like best about Weave?

The texting and patient payment via text options are my favorites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

the faxing system. I like the option to fax out and receive faxes from weave but would like an option to sort by fax # to make searching for previous faxes more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Weave:

Try it with the text to pay service and the fax service. It allows for cutting out some calls, and patients love the convenience of scheduling appointments and checking on the status of orders via text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can solve scheduling issues, such as misheard times and dates for patient appointments. We can listen to past phone calls to solve questions we may need clarification on based on previous conversations with patients and representatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

I love how easy Weave is to use and how it integrates well with our mobile phones and desktops. It allows us to easily communicate with others in the office, even when we are working from home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

The setup process was kind of confusing with the forwarding number, but that was just a minor inconvenience. The only main thing that I would suggest be implemented would be to have the ability to transfer calls to extensions but be able to answer it from the mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are so many benefits that we have realized we receive with Weave. Before, we were never able to easily communicate if we were working from home. We also would not be able to answer the office phone if we were working from home, but with Weave we are able to do both! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

The messaging feature is very convenient and helpful! It is especially helpful at catching missed calls. Being able to send a message to every call you miss is a game changer! It has made a drastic improvement in our no shows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

The only thing I would recommend is changing the office hours function to support offices with obscure schedules. Our office's schedule can vary week to week, and we have to remember every week to change it to reflect the current week. It would be great if we could do it monthly. What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you?

Weave has helped solve our no-show problem. We are seeing less no shows since our staff is able to communicate via text message. This also helps us determine if a patient is likely to show and we have developed a new scheduling system from it which has improved our new patient acceptance rate. What do you like best about Weave?

Sometimes the appointment reminder software does work exactly right. If a patient cancels an appointment near their appt date, the software will still send them a reminder about their appt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
