It is very hard to get a hold of a live person at Weave. They have alot of trainging videos and web chats but sometimes you just need a live person. Expect a good 30 minute wait and alot of run around on the automated phone to get a person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were able to take a messy, slapdash phone operation and move over to Weave, where we have enjoyed the ease of use, the efficiency of less time spent dealing with phone calls, and the added benefits of texting. The system can sometimes bog down and need a reset. Over time, it has gotten much better, so I know the team at Weave knows about these issues and is always working to make their product better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We love the ability to text and receive texts from our clients. We also utilize the payment platform and have saved thousands of dollars each month in processing fees! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downside is that the payment platform seems to intermittently have problems, which can temporarily leave a business without a way to take credit card payments. Trying to get through to anyone in customer service is time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how I can automatically send a link to my customers to review my business. I also think the website widget is an excellent addition! Payment processing fees are also smaller compared to my previous vendor. I also appreciate the company not requiring you to purchase your phones. Customer service is also excellent! I believe all-in-all the software is good, but there are better options, and if improvements are made, the software will be amazing. Pay one monthly amount with no extra charges for additional phone lines (I believe the price increases after 10 phones, do not quote me on that). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Foremost, the app was created for the desktop. They made it the size of a phone, and you cannot make it larger. I used DialPad before, and their desktop app is perfect. When you interact with your customers, it looks like you are texting off of your phone. I hope they change this soon.
Another thing that annoys me is the app on the desktop and phone constantly logs out! You always have to log back in! This is VERY annoying because if you are not logged in, and someone calls you, you cannot see their name! Also, when you receive a text message, you will probably always miss it because if you are not logged in, then you do not get the notification. Another big issue I have that I never had with DialPad is when you receive a call and you are away from your desk, you will not always get the call on your cell phone. I missed a lot of calls until I found my own solution by forwarding my calls to my cellphone. Again, if you forward the call to your cellphone, you will not know who is calling you since it will ring your phone, not the app.
I think with a little more work and the kinks worked out, this software will be a great alternative to the competition. Now, I cannot say that the amount I pay monthly is really worth it, but I do have high hopes that they will make changes that will better the program and make it an excellent contender amongst the competition. Weave is the best software we use in our office and is super user-friendly! I love how they constantly roll out and test new ideas in Beta. We also love the texting feature for patients! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
