Weave has greatly improved our clinic's communications with patients. Our patients really enjoy our new text capabilities. We are so impressed with this service that we are going to be enrolling in the payments service as well. We are in a new time and Weave allows us to stay up to date with how people prefer to communicate in 2022. Tech support is also always available promptly and I have yet to have an issue that has gone unresolved for longer than an hour or two. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to say here. The only thing that would be an improvement for us, would be if there was an option to upload our own forms to include in emails similar to the wellness forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most things we need to communicate to our patients can be put in pre-worded texts that can be copied and pasted over and over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Weave included an opt-out message at the end of our texts. I wish there was a bit more explanation that opting out is permenent until the patient opts back in. Patients don't realize this when they type "stop" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Weave has made communication with patients so much easier for our practice. We can access our schedule, call, and text our patients from our mobile devices if we need to. Our office also loves the automatic texts for appointment confirmation, and when patients confirm their appointments, it automatically confirms them in the schedule. At the moment, weave does not give us the capability to manage the schedule. It would be nice to move patient's appointments or remove them in case we are accessing the schedule from our home, but I understand that may not be possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software is integrated with our EHR/PMS system and does a "call pop" for incoming calls from our patients. Their demographic, balance, next appt, phone, address, and date of birth are readily available with the incoming call, and simple to confirm the information or a next appointment. Weave does not allow some of the modern VoIP admin controls as other VoIP providers and the integration between multiple offices is terrible. Analytics are useless for the percentage of calls answered vs missed.
The call pop shows the patient's medical record number instead of the patient's billing account number. This does not make any sense, because the demographics, appointments, and balance information is located in the billing account, not the medical record account.
The customer service is hit and miss. Several times, I have waited over an hour on hold for a customer service rep. I have emailed the "multi-unit support" team that is dedicated to practices with multiple offices, and the initial response is within 24 hrs, but after that it may or may not continue. I currently have a request in that has been submitted 3x's and no response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Weave is a friendlier version of any communication systems we've used before. We were so happy to have it in place already prior to the pandemic. I know alot of practices didn't have this. It's great to communicate with patients that have arrived for their appointments in the parking lot to avoid overcrowding in the lobby. We love the convenience of communicating with our patients through texting and phone calls. The payment portal is great but hopefully will get better as they work on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very hard to get a hold of a live person at Weave. They have alot of trainging videos and web chats but sometimes you just need a live person. Expect a good 30 minute wait and alot of run around on the automated phone to get a person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were able to take a messy, slapdash phone operation and move over to Weave, where we have enjoyed the ease of use, the efficiency of less time spent dealing with phone calls, and the added benefits of texting. The system can sometimes bog down and need a reset. Over time, it has gotten much better, so I know the team at Weave knows about these issues and is always working to make their product better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The downside is that the payment platform seems to intermittently have problems, which can temporarily leave a business without a way to take credit card payments. Trying to get through to anyone in customer service is time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
