To be able to text our patients instantly is a great feature. Also, being able to communicate with a patient at the click of a button is very time saving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Email communication has been hard. We have contacted our account manager and never hear back from them. Then we find out later, that they are no longer there. So it's hard to know who is in charge of our account so that we have a "go to" person to communicate with. But honestly, we still love working with weave. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I currently dislike that we cannot edit the fax address book after we have saved a listing. The fax address book was a great addition but we have realized we have mistyped in some and are unable to edit it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Weave has paperless forms and can help our admin staff to be more efficient with phone calls. Once our team viewed the demo, we were all sold and felt we needed to have Weave ASAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Phones, text messages, payments, and forms are all in one place. Reaching Weave support if need it. Easy and you have lots of options. You can add multiple locations and view them with one login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can field patient interactions that we would miss when phones are all being used with 2-way texting capabilities.
Patients can send pics if they have questions or concerns about treatment, instead of having to make an appointment and/or come in to be seen.
We can use our cell phones if the internet or power is out or if there is severe weather, so we do not miss potential patient interactions and can keep scheduled patients up to speed on what is happening.
Can use it to send our new patients a link where they can complete their information on their phones, and send it back to put into our system.
Can send links for insurance updates when needed.
COVID health questionnaires can be sent out prior to appointments through links.

Weave has greatly improved our clinic's communications with patients. Our patients really enjoy our new text capabilities. We are so impressed with this service that we are going to be enrolling in the payments service as well. We are in a new time and Weave allows us to stay up to date with how people prefer to communicate in 2022. Tech support is also always available promptly and I have yet to have an issue that has gone unresolved for longer than an hour or two. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
