What do you like best about Weave?

To be able to text our patients instantly is a great feature. Also, being able to communicate with a patient at the click of a button is very time saving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If our internet goes down, we don't have our phones but at least we can still communicate with our patients on our phone app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

We love that we can text to communicate with our patients. We also love that we can access all of this information in our phone app. It helps to be able to help patients after hours in case they have an emergency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

Email communication has been hard. We have contacted our account manager and never hear back from them. Then we find out later, that they are no longer there. So it's hard to know who is in charge of our account so that we have a "go to" person to communicate with. But honestly, we still love working with weave. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

We enjoy the real-time back and forth text messaging capability from our actual office phone number. This reduces confusion for our patients! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

I currently dislike that we cannot edit the fax address book after we have saved a listing. The fax address book was a great addition but we have realized we have mistyped in some and are unable to edit it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you?

Weave messages our patients about eyeglasses, and exam reminders, and it does it all from our office phone number. This benefits us by reducing the number of phone calls we get asking if a random text message they received is actually us! Weave increases the confidence in our facility. What do you like best about Weave?

I love that Weave has paperless forms and can help our admin staff to be more efficient with phone calls. Once our team viewed the demo, we were all sold and felt we needed to have Weave ASAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Weave is helping us go paperless and avoiding so much time scanning in consent forms to each patient's document center. We see about 50 patients a day. So this will definitely eliminate so much time spent scanning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

Phones, text messages, payments, and forms are all in one place. Reaching Weave support if need it. Easy and you have lots of options. You can add multiple locations and view them with one login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

Multiple logins throughout the day to get to the proper area. Price is very high for phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can field patient interactions that we would miss when phones are all being used with 2-way texting capabilities.

Patients can send pics if they have questions or concerns about treatment, instead of having to make an appointment and/or come in to be seen.

We can use our cell phones if the internet or power is out or if there is severe weather, so we do not miss potential patient interactions and can keep scheduled patients up to speed on what is happening.

Can use it to send our new patients a link where they can complete their information on their phones, and send it back to put into our system.

Can send links for insurance updates when needed.

COVID health questionnaires can be sent out prior to appointments through links.

Can send links for payments to be made.

Can IM with employees directly through Weave app.

There is a need for additional pre-written commonly used texts.

The ability to mark team chats for follow-up at a later time.

What do you like best about Weave?

Weave has greatly improved our clinic's communications with patients. Our patients really enjoy our new text capabilities. We are so impressed with this service that we are going to be enrolling in the payments service as well. We are in a new time and Weave allows us to stay up to date with how people prefer to communicate in 2022. Tech support is also always available promptly and I have yet to have an issue that has gone unresolved for longer than an hour or two. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

Not much to say here. The only thing that would be an improvement for us, would be if there was an option to upload our own forms to include in emails similar to the wellness forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before weave, we did not have a reliable team chat service for communications within the clinic. This service came at a great time! It allows us to get replies faster and maintain proper social distancing between staff.
