Since covid it has made dental life easier. Being able to switch over and take payments from home or the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When it freezes or when the actually terminal doesnt load. I have had problems now with taking HSA or FSA if the patient doesnt do it on the portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I can easily communicate with patients after hours and on the weekends. I love that I can access the schedule after hours and on weekends as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that not all patients respond to their reminder text even though they received it and read it. Most patients do but we still have to call the non-responders. This is not Weave's fault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use and I like that the patients name comes up when they call so the phone calls can be quicker and more efficient. The missed call text is nice and most people prefer to text these days instead of calling! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The 1 downside we have been experiencing is we are unable to sync our recall types with Dolphin due to too many appointment types. We have had some issues with phone lines being down, but usually Weave is able to solve that issue quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We transitioned to Weave about a year ago, and it went very smoothly. We love that we can communicate with our patients via text; all appointment confirmations are done automatically saving us time. We also fax through Weave, which saves us a lot of time. We can keep the fax numbers of those we frequently use, which is a great feature. Overall we are delighted with our choice to use Weave. Confirmation time saver for our front office team, (most) patients love being able to text the office and appreciate the appointment reminders. It frees up a lot of time from outgoing and incoming calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside that comes to mind is not being able to customize a specific patient's preference. For instance, some do not want a last-minute reminder text, it would be great to fine-tune preferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
