For our office, it is a great help that we can text to communicate with patients as it is sometimes faster for patients who prefer to message than have a phone call.
It has helped with our forms as well.
We love the reminders for those who are scheduled and the recall system to catch patients who haven't yet been scheduled.
We also use it as a communication among staff while at the office which helps keep everyone on the same page.

I love that I can have my phone calls, texts and faxes all in 1 place! With the ease of the desktop and phone app I am always connected! Using this software daily they are always coming up with new updates to help with integrating to our current EMR and customer support is always ready to help as well! - Constantly loses connection with our server, creating errors with auto messaging to patients.
- Support is useless. I have had three phone calls with a combined 6 hours over the past 2 days and the most recent issue is not resolved (my request was simply to ask why some patients weren't getting 3 day confirmation reminders and others were. One rep promised to call back with an answer and instead emailed me how to be 10DLC compliant - this was not the issue, which another rep confirmed. The issue still persists).
- There is a new "glitch" literally every week that requires a new phone call and days to fix (with no actual fix). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like having the ability to send and receive texts on the same business number. We use this on a daily basis and this makes appointments and scheduling a breeze. Also sending review links is super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If the internet goes down then are phones are out too. Also, I do not like the email client for marketing to our patients. The new email client also did not bring over our previous data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It works well between the online interface and the app. It's a one stop shop for phone calls, texts, faxes, emails. It makes it really easy to maintain communication lines between facilities and clients. The phone records make training an easier job and provide fantastic feedback. it is so easy to use I introduced it to our office about 2 yearsago and they all love it. easy to transfer our calls if we have a remote day. easy to text everyone and recieve pics if we need our patient insurance card. our faxes we wanted to stop using our printer, so much ink was waisted, electronic faxes was the way to go and I can save phone/fax numbers so we always know where it came from.it is so easy to download on your cell phone or computer. we use it everyday . its been rare but when I contact customer service they are on it and answer quick , you can even just chat online if needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the only issue is it does not intergrate with our emr and scheuling does not transfer over Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our office LOVES Weave. It is easy to use and so easy to keep up with our patients. We are able to keep communication open with our patients when confirming appointments and rescheduling if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
