What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?

Wealthbox is fairly intuitive to use. There are a couple of nuances to get accustomed to but it's not like many of the other CRMs that are so robust it overly complicates simple transactions like updating information. Wealthbox allows you to be as detailed or simple as you'd like. You can collect everything from driver's licenses to "most recent annual meeting" or you can keep it simple with name, phone, and contact type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?

There is no contact auto syncing function so I have to manually export my contacts into a "google contacts import worksheet" to have it sync to my phone for caller ID. This is very frustrating as there is no way to have caller ID on my phone without syncing to google (or any other 3rd party contact syncing service) but WBox doesnt auto sync with any of these so i have to do it manually. I am aware that WBox can push data to google via zapier but its not a two-way street (for example if i need to delete a phone number, that wont sync).

Also, i will there was a "not urgent" space for tasks to go to get to when complete without NEEDing to pick a due date for the task. For example, "design company logo" thats not crazy urgent, but its 3 weeks "overdue" and its not really overdue its just not urgent. That kind of stuff then muddies the water between important stuff that's actually overdue and stuff thats not urgent. If you dont set a due date, it falls to the bottom of the tasks and get's lost. What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking tasks, workflows, opportunities/pipeline, case notes. i can easily refer back to "what needs to happen today" to ensure that things continue to march along forward. The repeating tasks is also helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?

I love the simplicity of it, the look and how it integrates with so much of the other technology that I utilize. Being able to sync contacts, both back and forth, between technology platforms is a huge time saver. Love how the workflows work as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?

There's way too much lag time after clicking a button i.e. just waiting for the action to happen after the button click. I don't have this issue with any other technology except Wealthbox. If you can get rid of that lag after clicking a button, that would really be helpful and really speed it up when I'm using the softward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem it solves is creating organization and efficiency in working with clients and prospects. Being a one person shop, the efficient I can better be, the more time I can spect with clients and prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?

I've used Wealthbox since opening my RIA firm over ten years ago. I've used their workflows extensively and love the email integrations. The state auditor loved the email connection during my compliance audit. They have extensive integrations which are helpful for my firm. Their customer service team has been outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?

I would like to see more efforts to implement two-way integrations with existing providers. Having greater email abilities, such as pre-scheduling emails to coordinate with my workflows, would be a major upgrade for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wealthbox is the hub of my firm. We use it to track all of our prospect and client engagements, share notes and information, and communicate with clients. We continue to send the WB team feedback on this product and I've seen positive results and upgrades based on real client input. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?

Wealthbox has been a vital part of our firm's growth. It has helped our team stay organized and serve our clients. It's our central hub and we love how it integrates with our other tools! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?

No major downsides, or else we would've looked for a different solution. There are some minor items that I have shared with the team, but they have always been open to feedback and improving the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wealthbox helps the team stay on top of things and create processes to make sure tasks are completed and we provide our clients with excellent service. Allowing the team to be able work together and see each other's progress has been super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?

Wealthbox has a simple dashboard that makes everything accessible. The layout isn't confusing, and you can easily take notes, tag team members or clients, see tasks and workflows, then navigate to whatever else you need to see. The email integration works great with Google Workspace. It's a great system that is the central point of organization in my firm and doesn't add too much complexity or a learning curve. For a new business, it's a great and critical tool to have. There are enough integrations with other tools for what I need at my current firm size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?

Workflows and tasks work more like lists - they're not visually appealing or customizable. They work really well functionally, but it would be great to see a notecard-style visual appearance or be able to create a custom visual workflow layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's the central hub for organization, task management, and workflows in my business. It keeps everyone on task with things that need to be done for clients and internally. It's not possible to scale without a CRM like Wealthbox - otherwise things live in one or another person's head, things don't get standardized, and things get missed that shouldn't Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?

Our firm used a popular CRM solution prior (I'm sure you can figure out which one) and it was clunky, slow, and not intuitive - not to mention, expensive. Finding Wealthbox solved so many issues we were having by having features we were missing. They listen to our feedback and roll out new features and their integrations help streamline processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?

Nothing to say at this point. Their solution is serving our needs. I guess I would only say if they could speed up their deployment of exciting new features to continue to make it a great application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Email integration was a huge improvement over our prior CRM and being integrated with our other technology stack solutions has streamlined many processes such as looking into accounts, single sign-on, and reducing duplicated input. It also has a suite of customization features that allow us to track data we couldn't track before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?

We like the "social media style" feel of the platform and incredible ease of use. It doesn't take days and weeks to get someone up and running...it takes minutes and hours.

The onboarding and migration process is second to none! When their are questions or problems, the support team is super fast in responding and helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?

It doesn't have all the bells and whistles that some other offerings have, but it is dead simple and meets our needs. Plus, the bells and whistles don't matter much if you don't use them, so there are pros and cons to every system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted the CRM to act as a hub for the business. Most CRM platforms in our industry either have all the bells and whistles, but they need a PhD to learn how to use them OR they are so simple that they don't have some of the things most vital to our industry. Wealthbox is a great combination of ease of use and functionality! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?

It is very user-friendly, easy to navigate, and overall very functional! My favorite feature is the tasks. Managing hundreds of prospects would be impossible without Wealthbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?

There are very few downsides to this software, but I will go over one. The opportunities and workflows I feel could blend better. I am not sure how that would work, but it can be clunky at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wealthbox solves the "where is the file" and " where are we at with" questions. Keeps everyone organized and on the same page during the entire sales process! Much easier to stay on top of prospects using this software! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?

The platform is very intuitive and is very easy to use. The way it allows you to track your sales funnel and the ability to track emails sent and received and enter notes about client interactions makes this a critical tool for financial advisors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?

There wasn't anything I disliked about it! It would be NICE in the future if they allowed you to automatically export sent/received emails into individual PDF files so you can have them during your regulatory reviews. For now, you have to manually download them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

During regulatory reviews, they will ask for your client notes and emails, and this lets you save and export when needed to give them exactly what you need. Yes, you can save your emails in Gmail, but this separates them neatly for easy export. This saved my bacon during a recent regulatory exam! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?

The transition from RedTail was seamless and as advertised. It didn't take much time to get used to navigating and using the system. Integrations are many and easy to connect/start using. The ability to connect to a lot of different providers saves until hours in efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?

The cost is a little high, but acceptable. Workflows are a little clunky and the ability to automate tasks is something missing that would make Wealthbox invaluable to a practice. While their customer service is very timely, I'm not a fan of not being able to talk to a human. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integration without a doubt! I've looked at other CRMs that friends use and Wealthbox leads the pack in integrating just about everything available. The focus on integrations is one of the main drivers of my use (and love) of Wealthbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
