Nothing bad overall, but on 13th and 14th April we faced an issue with automatic user profile creation and unexpected licences being created. The support team resolved it immediately. This happened because another admin changed a global setting: we had it set to use the email prefix based on the machine ID, but it was changed to the OS username. Because of that, a lot of duplicate users were created, and I wasn’t aware of the change at the time. After escalating the issue, it was resolved, but we want one improvement: whenever any global settings are changed by another admin, the super admin should receive an email notification. One current limitation is how active time is calculated. Right now, activity appears to be tracked mostly through mouse movement, which doesn’t always reflect actual work. For example, if an employee is reading content, reviewing documents, or scrolling through a webpage without moving the mouse much, that time may be logged as idle.

This can lead to inaccurate productivity data and idle-time reports that look higher than what’s really happening. It would be helpful if keyboard activity, reading behaviour, and scrolling actions were also factored in when calculating active time.
