It easy to use platform and ease of implement of various task makes it unique. For any technical issues it also provides a great customer experience. One of the best features of this software is ease of integration of various payment gateways to receive patment from anywhere and in any currencies. **What do you dislike about WCFM Marketplace?** It is a fully-featured platform to create own marketplace but one of its pain points is its pricing. You need to purchase its pro version that costs too much. For a new or small business owner, it might be a difficult to purchase it. **What problems is WCFM Marketplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most of the people are going to start their own business, hence they need to have their own e-commerce platform or marketplace. But developing a marketplace required technical skills and a good team as well as time and efforts. It is not possible to invest such money to do that. Also why you need 5 or more plugins to make a functioning multi vendor website I do not understand. All plugins do is increase page speed and WCFM require 4 for a decent functioning multi vendor site. **What do you dislike about WCFM Marketplace?** The customer service is appalling. As a paying customer that purchased the ultimate package the way the customer service has spoken to me over "support" has been disgusting. The person admitted that made a decision not to ask me any questions that would facilite an answer to my query quickly. They wrote the following -**You might ask, why I didn’t tell you this before – it’s because you haven’t specified any information about which plugins you’re using or provided your site link. Today, I retrieved your URL from the WCFM license activation details and visited your site. ***So they admitted that they made a choice not to ask me for my URL, had they done that they would not have wasted my time and frustrated me by going back and forth over email support. They also think the following is acceptable ***especially considering your limited development understanding. - but it seems challenging to convey. *** The fact this company thinks it is acceptable to call its customers IDIOTS isnt acceptable for any business. I dont normally write reviews but the contempt this company has towards a paying customer has shocked me. **What problems is WCFM Marketplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** None that I can see given their bad customer service. I now regret giving this company a penny of my own money. To insinuate their customer is an idiot because the customer is frustrated by the basic and lazy customer service over "support" ### 5. We turned off vast majority of them as it can be overwhelming. **What do you dislike about WCFM Marketplace?** There is no support. If you are serious about running a marketplace with thousands of users support is essential, and I'm not talking about support that allows developing new features, but just support that makes sure what is advertised is working. For us after all the set up and designing and building the site, we realised that there is an issue with withdrawals and payments functionality to do with the plugin and asked for help. Its price is too high and also it does not provide licence for 1 website.
