It is very easy to use. The app is really good as it reminds you when to book a shared hot desk space. You can also release the space easy if you change mind not to work on that day already booked. It is the best way to make good use of the hot desks in a small office effectively, ensuring that a space can be booked in advance.

That you cant request a car park more than a week in advance. It would also be great, if youve requested a park but one isnt available that you get a nudge on the day if some releases a park so you dont have to keep checking on your comute to work on the off chance one becomes available.
