They do provide support. Support is from India and thus there is some difficulty being able to understand them, but they do make sure to solve the many, many, many issues there are with this product, once you come across them.... I recognize that there are not as many problems as you might expect, but when there are problems, OH WOW are there problems.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wavemaker seeks to be Visual Studio for the web, which we absolutely do not need WHATSOEVER. It forces you into using their platform for 100% all development. Web folks, all you need is a framework and MVC. That is absolutely it. I am 150% upset that the company I work for was so incredibly short sighted to use this product. To be entirely honest, developers trying to use Wavemaker have an extremely steep learning curve, the written how to material is incredibly poor, and it would take a lot less development time if you did not use this product. Further, if you do not use this, you do not have to worry about future maintainability. Furthermore, you will be pushed behind tech wise if you use this.
