"Best Shift alternative for multiple inboxes (and apps)"

What do you like best about Wavebox?

I've been on Wavebox for a couple of years now, after Shift's heavyweight app tanked my computer to unusable levels of slowness. Wavebox has everything Shift has and more -- without sucking up all of my processor's bandwidth. It's also a woman-owned company which I didn't know until later, but it IS icing on the cake. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wavebox?

I'm not super techie (Apple user here!), and Wavebox has a lot of ability to customize that's over my head. It's not a negative, and for many people (Android users?), that would probably be a straight-up bonus. But for me, it's a little confusing when I have to get into the settings. Luckily, I've *very* rarely had to do that since initially setting everything up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wavebox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wavebox puts all my email inboxes in one place, making it really easy to keep tabs on multiple personal and business inboxes at a glance. You can also add other apps, like Asana and Slack, which is handy if you're in numerous instances of those workspaces. Saves a lot of logging in and out and makes it easy to see new notifications. What do you like best about Wavebox?

Wavebox is an application that allows you to have all your work tools in one place. The evolution of WMail.

There are many of us who daily use tools like email, cloud office solutions, or organization and task management utilities, as well as apps to communicate with coworkers and keep everything under control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wavebox?

Everything seems very good to me and I wouldn't change anything, as it seems to be a multi-tool and for that reason, I find it very easy to use. It is very fluid and intuitive, in addition to having a very attractive design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wavebox?

I like that Wavebox allows me to add almost any web app, not just a few main ones like Google Workspace.

That said, integration with Google Workspace (for example) is stellar; all of the main Workspace apps are loaded and accessible by default. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wavebox?

The app takes up to 20 seconds to load sometimes. Occasionally performance feels sluggish. Overall, not a deal breaker though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wavebox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wavebox helps me organize my go-to web apps (email, time trackers, kanban boards, and more) without cluttering up my website browser. I can also have multiple Google accounts open at the same time without having to switch between them all the time. What do you like best about Wavebox?

The best thing about Vawebox is the integration of notifications in macOS. I can now have my Gmail, messenger, LinkedIn, and other notifications delivered in macOS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It feels a bit too feature-rich at first sight, so many small icons and buttons which I am not sure what they are, and there is a lot to discover and organize myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
