My Wave Business Card can convey my brand so much better than any paper business card. I appreciate how convenient it is to share information with my contacts, and receive their information in return. Once in Wave, I use my preferred automotations for ease of integration, adding contact information to my CRM, which then sends my contacts an autmotated welcome message inviting them to further engage with me. Wave was very easy to implement using the app, where I loaded all of my websites and social media for ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do wish that my Wave Business Card automatically saved to my recipients contacts with one tap/scan. Currently, I have to be sure that they "save" my contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Originally I thought the thing I'd like the best would be the simple convenience of being able to have one card that people can scan or tap to share information, but the thing I like best is that when someone taps my card, I also get their information and can make notes about how we met in their contact record so when I go back to look at the names I have context. The other thing I like is that becuase I purchased this card when I was just getting started, I could update my information as I added things on, like a facebook page or LinkedIn page, etc. And that automatically updates my contact information without having to go buy new cards. I'm not 100% sure if when I update my info, whether people who've already gotten it get an update or not - this would be a great feature. I wish I'd gotten one with my business logo on it. It took me a bit to figure out where the contacts went and were saved and that I can save them to my phone contacts. The thing I like best about the Wave digital business card is that I can constantly change it and update it as my business grows. I'm not limited by a printed card. Recipients won't necessarily have something physical as a reminder so once contact information is exchanged, it might be forgotten. I love how I can add an entire profile around my business and how easy it is to pass that information on to potential clients or even new contacts that may use or refer me in the future. Even better, anyone that I send the information to has the option to send their information back to me for better networking. Really there isn't much I dislike about Wave. If I had to pickl something I would say it is the way the receiving person puts in their contact info. It is a little clunky and some of the people I have exchanged contact with have asked questions about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is not possible to share data via NFC from the phone, which would be a great improvement. Additionally, it would be useful to be able to customize the virtual card added to Apple Wallet. Paper business cards are difficult to use in today's world of technology. Why get and then have to store a paper business card?
