I love how easy and convenient Wave makes networking. Sharing my contact details is effortless with NFC, QR codes, or a simple link. The fact that I can update my info in real-time without reprinting cards is a huge plus. It’s also a modern and eco-friendly alternative to traditional business cards, which makes it even better. It would be nice to have more premium features available in the basic version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I did a lot of research on digital business cards before choosing a service/product. Wave was the obvious choice for me on the service level. Their service is simple, fully functional, and easy to setup.
On the NFC card side of things I wasn't expecting high quality, but honestly the website really undersells the quality of the standard NFC card that they sell. I got mine and was very surprised how high quality it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only ding I am going to give them on the support side. My order did a long time to process and ship. Long enough where I reached out through the websites AI bot, the contact support email, and through messages on LinkedIn. They didn't respond to any of them. I ended up seeing a phone number on their Facebook page which they did answer. When I asked for an update they told me that my order would go out that day, which it did. The wave card is so convenient! I have used it several times at networking events and just used it for the first time meeting someone randomly in public. I don't like having a lot on me or in my purse, so this is a perfect way to be able to provide others with your business and contact info! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like to be able to customize the wave business card more however this isn't the biggest issue. Having a clean interface like it currently does is enough to suffice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently started using Wave Digital Business Card, and I’m thrilled with how it has revolutionized my networking experience. This modern tool combines convenience, efficiency, and style, making traditional paper cards feel outdated.
The aspect I love most about the digital business card is its seamless integration into my networking routine. It’s incredibly versatile and easy to share, whether via QR code or a simple tap. It ensures my contacts always have my most up-to-date information, which is a huge advantage in fast-paced professional environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I currently do not have any dislikes about the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to set up. The free version of the software is full of useful tools like being able to your social media etc. I haven't tried the pro version yet but definitely going to try. My partner got one too and we gifted one to a friend who was as happy as we were about the product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was a bit hard to figure out how to connect my socials and I wish there was a space for a linktree for example where I could add additional links if I'm hosting events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wave is an easy-to-use professional tool for networking. The QR code is great for posting on presentations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish more people were using digital business cards like wave. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Wave digital business card is one of my best discoveries this year. I used it to help me collect contacts in a research context, and it was SO easy and fun to use. Everyone thought it was so cool to scan a QR code and it was great that they could both get my information and choose whether or not to share theirs. I used it in three different contexts, and it helped me so much. I was also shocked with how easy it was to set up and start using -- I was going to use physical business cards, but this was so much easier to integrate with my current contacts and into my research contact spreadsheet. A truly incredible product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly have very few dislikes about Wave, I'm going to use it even more often when networking for PhDs and jobs now that I know about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With a "tap" or a "scan," contacts we meet can exchange information quickly and seamlessly. We don't have to worry about spending time recalling what was discussed when using business cards; with the Wave card we're able to immediately bookmark with our notes what was discussed for easy follow-up.
The card design options are nice. The bamboo card is nice except it does peel a little
Using the Wave Connect app was easy with the card...a single tap later...the accounts were connected and we were off to our meetings. It was very easy to implement overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not sure about the bamboo card's longevity material-wise. It did seem to split at the top edge a little---just a small strand; nothing major but we'll keep an eye out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wave Business card makes it really easy to manage contact information when networking. It's easy to use, doesn't require the other person to also use Wave, and eliminates the need to manually sort through dozens of business cards. You can tag and sort contacts which is really useful to keep track of what different people specialize in or when you connected with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a little inconvenient to explain to people what Wave is, but most people just think it's cool. It is a bit slower than just swapping business cards, but I think the organization of it is worth the time in almost all cases. There have been a couple situations where I'm speaking with someone but I need to leave quickly for whatever reason, and in that scenario I wish I had either their NFC card or a business card to make things quicker. With Wave cards you're unburdened by the waste of physical business cards! Physical cards are easy to lose and keep track of, you end up having a million of them by the end of a conference. Wave makes it easy to make an impression, not to mention how cool people think it is when you tap the card to someone's phone. Also I like that this card has a glossy finish to it. I wish there was a bigger QR code on the back, and I wish there were more customization options for the page itself, like background color, font, embeds, ect. I would love to see an app come out that lets you collect people's cards to view at a later time. At times, the NFC can be hit-or-miss, but I think that is more due to people's phones.
