I’ve been using Wati for a while now, and it has made managing WhatsApp communication so much easier The platform is user-friendly, and the automation features save so much time. It’s a great tool for businesses looking to streamline customer interactions. The setup was straightforward, and the integration process was smooth. What do you dislike about Wati?

While Wati has some great features, the customer support is seriously lacking. Whenever I faced an issue, getting in touch with their support team was nearly impossible. The response time is extremely slow, and sometimes they don’t reply at all. If you run into a technical problem, you’re pretty much on your own. What do you like best about Wati?

I've used multiple WhatsApp API providers, including AiSensy, but their support was frustrating. When I decided to migrate to WATI, the process was seamless, thanks to their highly responsive team, who even assisted me at midnight to ensure a smooth transition. Deepak arora was the one who was there till the migration process and made it smoother ,WATI stands out with its 24/7 exceptional support, which is far better than other platforms. One of the biggest game-changers is the Instagram DM automation, allowing me to manage both Instagram and WhatsApp in a single inbox. Another major advantage is that WATI doesn’t charge based on contacts, meaning I can broadcast to unlimited contacts without extra costs.

The Whatsapp Flows and CTWA ads will be the best features to get rolled out , business can benefit a lot in 2025.Their automation builder is also highly advanced and easy to use, making it a superior choice for automating workflows. What do you like best about Wati?

I like that the panel is easy to use and is user friendly. Even without the help of the developer you can get started on this platform. From Bot to Broadcast everything at one panel.We are currently using WATI for all our clients. We send broadcast messages, we have enabled the chat widget on to the website, we have integrated WATI with our CRM system for real time messages like: When lead is generated or lead is taking any action a real time whatsapp message is sent to engage with the lead/customer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wati?

The best thing i like about WATI is that only WATI is the platform that came across my mind till now, which is giving us the facility to upload up to 15mb video because other than this, most of the platforms allow max 5 MB video.

The other best thing is the easiest UI & also the plugin in google through which we can directly send whatsapp to all via google sheets.

What do you dislike about Wati?

The only thing bother to me is per message price for marketing category but anyway, they are compensating it with the 15mb video upload & some other features which are not there in other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wati?

It is extremely useful, easy to use and reliable to work and refer my clients to use it. It has enhanced the messaging experience for both the final clients, as well as for the customer service department, wich has engaged better with their community, bringing the fastest times on replys. The implementation and changes that the team adopted due to using the app has only brought better results in sales driven via Whatsapp.

We use it daily, as the department never sleeps. We started the application and integration and just 24 hours later, we were already working on Wati. I really have never used nor required for customer support, as the integration works completely fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using this software since 2024 and this is the most easiest tools to install and use.

It is helping me in doing seamlessly conversation with my customers and it's providing more production in terms of business growth.

The customer support from the team is very amazing.

It's very easy to install and implement.

What do you like best about Wati?

Easy to integrate for Whatsapp.

What do you dislike about Wati?

1. Their chat panel is pathetic, searching does not work, message filtering does not work or is mind-numbingly slow. Good luck trying to filter out messages and addressing / replying to them. You can't even search for a chat by phone or name, its that bad.

2. Their chat panel is pathetic - If you have even a little bit of scale, avoid this tool like the plague.

2. Use webhooks? They will rotate the tokens every few months without any intimation. You will know when you have a downtime / webhooks stop working.

3. Want to send carousel & limited time offer templates? Sorry, they are paywalled behing the `pro` plan. Get that? They have paywalled a template style offered by Facebook. You need to pay them extra just to use a template.

4. They keep pestering you, trying to bribe you with $15 Amazon coupons in exchange of 5 star reviews on this platform. Not a review, but a 5 star review. Which is insane? Instead of taking actual feedback and improving their product, they feel its better to just buy some reviews from their own, unhappy customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wati?

1. Ease of using the Google Sheet for broadcasting messages.

5. We were able to implement the software and start using the product from day one.

I am so happy to say that by using the broadcast feature for our College/School Admissions, we were able to reach the potential students directly and interact with them.

What do you like best about Wati?

We've had a great experience using Wati for our WhatsApp campaigns. what we liked:

1.The platform makes it incredibly easy to create campaigns quickly

2. offers a wide range of features, including automation bots and shared inbox management.

3.The WooCommerce integration worked out well fine without any intervention from wati team. unlike some other partners we tried earlier.

4. The messaging limit automatically increased without us having to inform the team.

We primarily use Wati for broadcast messages and appreciate the detailed analytics it provides, which help us gauge the effectiveness of our campaigns. User management is straightforward, and the platform is entirely self-serve, eliminating any dependency on the Wati team.

We've reached out for support, particularly for troubleshooting a feature like abandoned cart workflows, and it worked out after 2 sessions.

What do you dislike about Wati?
