**What do you like best about Wati?**

WhatsApp automation and CRM tool.  It helped to create a massive community of users on WhatsApp only. Easy to integrate and use. Easy WhatsApp bot builder

I sometimes felt the UI could be improvised a bit. We need to wait for about a week to start using the platform, WhatsApp API onboarding takes time.

**What problems is Wati solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool helps to manage many chats from WhatsApp. The automation they provide on the system is excellent; it saves time. Flow builder allows to keep in few seconds leads from a customer no matter the time

**What do you like best about Wati?**

WATI is a fantastic platform that allows your company to communicate with customers easily through a single number. When there is a tremendous amount of customer inquiries coming in, you need multiple customer agents to handle them. WATI allows you to have multiple agents handling a single whtsapp account which is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Wati?**

The only thing I dislike about WATI is the time taken for setting up the Whatsapp Business API. Other than that, the platform is handy for Customer Relationship Management.

**What problems is Wati solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use WATI to manage all our Whatsapp inquiries. Since we could use the platform with multiple agents, we could clear out several queries simultaneously. This really helped us in solving customer issues faster and efficiently.

Well, Your service is ok. The budget is acceptable to small businesses, integrated with many services already. It takes some time for Newccomer  to deal , video on your youtube is ok but help new on in the first month, not  only  mail but here in the platform and through WhatsApp you should help them

First, lack of help new ones you should offer sessions to new clients and help them to activate process

Monitor all processes of customer service alerts update of shipment is very helpful with integration with zapier, of course, chatbot deals with repeated questions make customer service work less stress

From purchasing business API to onboarding and later integrating with in-house CRM. The whole process is smooth and easy to go. 
And thanks to customer support for quick and effective response every time.

We wanted a faster channel of communication than any other channel that exists. Getting in touch with customers on WhatsApp is the most beneficial way to do business on a large scale.

**What do you dislike about Wati?**

1. Template message approval is a bit challenging as Whatsapp has its policies & they reject anything that deviates. So it takes time, but with experience, it gets quicker. And the good thing is you can send as many templates as you want. So we need to keep trying with different words sentences. Avoid words usually used in promotions like Free or profit etc.

2. Wati teambox chat:-
-  The user interface can be better. Should display content as in WhatsApp rather than raw text, e.g., With *  in it or the bold characters.
- is not as user friendly as WhatsApp chat

3. templates - are not viewable by applying language filters. Feature to filter messages based on various fields should be available.

4. Templates selection while sending broadcasts can be improvised. If you have a long list of templates, it becomes difficult to search, both on the web and Google sheet add-on.

5. If possible, the Google sheet add-on pop-up can have a better & fuller view instead of the compact view.

6. Keep a close track on the session messages & how they are charged or not.
For even the messages sent within the 24 hours open window, we got charged as per template charges against the quotation, which mentioned complimentary 15000 session messages. Hopefully, my query should get resolved soon!

**Recommendations to others considering Wati:**

1. Double check the pricing aspects.
If you have heavy utility of session messages, the then wati might be costly for you as they provide limited free session messages after which they charge as per template message charges. 
2. The autoflow design feature isn't available in the normal paid subscription. It's charged additionally. So clarity before proceeding.
3. Overall compared to other products they are offering a very good product and service too at competitive price.

**What problems is Wati solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Automated customer service becomes easy and quicker. We are available 24 hours ont he WhatsApp through the new bot (auto replies). (We r still gradually implementing this feature)
2. Bulk broadcast messaging to people who want to follow us has become very easy now without any fear of being blocked by Whatsapp
3. We are now sending very professional-looking standard messages with button views for the quick reply with our organization's signature.
4. We can monitor the response of each broadcast as to how many have seen the message, replied, not seen etc. So we can have much better judgment and can initiate more effective customer service and event planning.
5. Human intervention has reduced, thereby reducing chances of human errors, delays, etc.

It was very easy to start using WATI right after activation and all the features have been beautifully designed in a good UX format.

The integrations with other softwares is still less. The team is in the process of building it.

1. Automation (Chabot Feature) - We love this. Using this feature, we recently conducted Championship for 2000 students in which they have registered themselves automatically. 
2. Webhook and Google Sheet Integration- We used webhook to pull all the videos in the google sheets
3. Customer Support: We ask them to add feature and they do it.
4. Pricing: Recently they have provided unlimited customer support messages in pro plan.

**What do you dislike about Wati?**

1. Missing Entries: Sometimes due to user surge, we miss the entries who are submitting simultaneously. This was figured out by using attribute feature. 
2. Duplicating Flow: Everytime to create a new flow, I have to start from scratch. I can't duplicate the feature.

**Recommendations to others considering Wati:**

Go for it. Best in market.

**What problems is Wati solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Registrations: Students and parents do not wish to leave the existing platform, so Whatsapp along wati helped us to take the registration on whatsapp only.
2. Customer Engagement: Once registered, parent forget about us but Wati doesn't allow them because we are staying there in their WhatsApp chat. We have seen 62% submission through Wati. This is 10X as compared to industry standards. 
3. Smooth Submission: Taking video entries on your portal is difficult for us as well as for students. Sending to a whatsapp chat is too easy and we are implementing that through Whatsapp.

Further, we are trying to launch our own Whatsapp Course using Wati.

**What do you like best about Wati?**

Its features have allowed us to consolidate all customer service into one single phone number, setting a robot to assist customers with regular processes, and assign them to the corresponding agent in a seamless way. Wati has definitely saved us an outstanding amount of time, improved our overall customer service quality, and made our business run much more efficiently. Unquestionably, I would recommend Wati to any business no matter what its branch or size is.

I have been the Marketing Manager of a leading company in the car rental business for almost 9 years. Having multiple locations across the country, including the 4 main cities, has made it extremely hard to maintain a good customer service. This meant assigning 8 different WhatsApp numbers trying to reply locals and tourists frequently asked questions and coordinating their reservations and traveling plans on a daily basis. We could never keep up, until we found Wati.

I think you can learn from Activecampaign and others.
For example, the automation function is more detailed, and there are more lead categories
Because I think the list classification is not very careful, can not filter accurate targets (e.g., multiple options), and can not perform a large number of operations (E.g., complete a specified process on a specific "Tag")
But WATI is a sound CRM system. Add oil

Broadcasts are very easy to setup and the bot flow is easy to setup. Their mobile app is great!

The Bot isnt as smart as i'd like it to be.  It misses out on certain keywords, but that's still acceptable.

Easy to setup, costs are fairly low.

Easily configurable chatbots and their Configuration settings are the most admirable. Chatbots and flow powerful tools. Compact dashboards with great details.

Only Post APIs are available in triggering the messages; if GET API is available, that would be finer. Please add GET API also. Integration with Centra CRM is required

We have 4 websites and all the 4 websites have one number so if we could have known that from which website we got the lead then it would have been best but in this version, it doesn't have this feature.

If you want centralize Solution for Whatsapp Chats then you should really opt for Wati

**What do you like best about Wati?**

Among all the tools that I have seen in the market that provide Shared Team Inbox on WhatsApp take a lot of time for setup. On WATI, the setup time is just under 2 days including WhatsApp API approval.

The tool is very reliable and has a ton of features that are really simple to use. They have mobile apps that our agents can use on the go without being on a computer to reply to customer queries. 

Overall, I have been really happy to see WATI and the progress that they've been making.

**What do you dislike about Wati?**

My dislike is not for WATI, but for some limitations with WhatsApp Business API. It does not support group messaging. I would love to see that.

**What problems is Wati solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were providing customer support on Whatsapp app, but the app does not allow multiple agents to be logged in.

With WATI's Shared Team Inbox, we could allow multiple agents to be logged in with Team Collaboration that made our job really simple.

Additionally, the dashboard that allows us to track agent performance makes our job really easy and we've been able to elevate the performance of the entire team

Easy to use and all our team can use it to give support to our clients from a single phone number.

More complex bots are not that easy to create in the platform, will require some programming. Also, reports could be better, although still good enough.

Finding support is not that easy as it always redirects to a bot and is not easy to get someone to pick up.

We wanted to give our users a simple way to get in touch with us and for all our team to chat with them. Now we are looking into sending automated proposals after a lead asks for more info, which will save us time and engage more with users.

I have explored so many tools for WhatsApp Customer Support and to build WhatsApp Chatbot.

WATI is hands down the best I have seen till date. I am in love with the Flow Builder and I love how fast they ship features that are not only immensely useful, but also very user friendly. Their support is amazing and their training videos on YouTube are super useful. 

I am glad that I found WATI

**What do you dislike about Wati?**

Template approval takes a lot of time. I wish it happened faster, but despite that WATI has a feature to copy and re-submit templates so that rejected templates can be re-attempted.

**Recommendations to others considering Wati:**

Do consider what your needs are. If you're looking to use WhatsApp as a promotional channel, this tool is not for you. It is very difficult to get templates with promotional messages approved as WhatsApp does not allow that. 

However, their chatbot builder is amazing and you will really enjoy if you want to build a chatbot on WhatsApp without any technical knowledge.

They have APIs too.

I thought I had to rely on a developer to build a WhatsApp Chatbot and also to maintain the chatbot. With WATI, I could build the chatbot myself using the Flow Builder, and any changes required, I can do within minutes.. 

It's the best WhatsApp chatbot builder that I have seen.

As a non-profit, we wanted to reach several of our beneficiries. WATI allows us to have multiple agents to respond large influx of queries in real time. 

We are able to desing automated flows, provide key-word detection led flows and automate several tasks saving manual effort of our volunteers.

All of this with no-coding knowledge required.

Currently it does not allow you to export chats directly. However there is a webhook function which you can use to do that. It takes some coding experience.

To edit the user permissions, you need to 'search' name, it should be available by default. Took me a while to figure that out.

**Recommendations to others considering Wati:**

You can use this as a CRM, a Support System and to build intituve bots. The support is also very good.

**What problems is Wati solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We support a lot of micro entrepreneurs for helping them gain knowledge and apply to various schemes of the government. Our volunteers use this platform to connect with them from a single Whatsapp number. This reduces maintaining several whatsapp accounts, collating data and human effort. 

Very recently, we are using WATI to provide support in COVID Response. We built an automated bot to help suppliers provide real time information and feed this information to another frontend bot.

**What do you like best about Wati?**

WATI is an Awesome Software as a Service and a very Promising Product. What I love most about WATI is the periodic updates it comes with. It just makes me and my team believe with WATI, everything is possible as we look forward to new awesome features every month. When we initially started using WATI a few months back, there were limited features. Within a few months, there have been several amazing updates.

I also love the fact that WATI allows me to set "Contact custom parameters" and "Notes" which makes it serve as a  great CRM tool by enabling us to add additional information about our clients and their projects. Sometimes, during an update, there is downtime and we tend to lose data/conversations during these downtimes. Also, the Flow Builder feature is a little difficult to be used without some technical knowledge. I believe this can be further worked on to be more intuitive.

In terms of the UI, WATI can also learn a thing or two from Messagebird and make some improvements on the user interface and may be a possible integration of omnichannel capabilities as its found on Messagebird.
