** You can peacefully explore the platform and its features.
** They were i guess the pioneer in whats app business api, when no one was they were promoting platform and providing services. 
** They have excellent support and prompt response rate 
** You can schedule messages in wati platform 
** They provide ready integration with lot of tools including zoho, hubspot, woocommerce, shopify and zapier and many many more 
** There is whats app chatbot builder in wati which is quite easy to design and implement 
** Their click to whats app ads are best to generate leads for the business via meta ads and then monitor and follow up with the leads - just right in 1 platform.

**What do you like best about Wati?**

The ease of setting up automations is the most useful feature of wati. Workflow-based triggers, scheduled messages, and automated responses reduces our customer support team works drastically. The ability to  create, submit, and get approval for template messages directly on the platform is a huge plus.

**What do you dislike about Wati?**

The cost can be a bit steep, especially for a startups like ours. I think a more flexible pricing model or additional tiers would make it more inclusive.

**What problems is Wati solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I own a single product D2c store, so most questions questions customers ask is same. So the automation can be able to reply to those messages all time.

I personally think, there are hidden charges and payment calculations thing is little but tricky to calulate based on you broadcast messages sent and delivered.

What struck me the most is the fact that there are various automation options available which have cut down on repetitive activities. There is much better engagement now thanks to the segmentation of the clients and sending them specific messages which we can now build upon. Something I should point out is the analytics of WATI.io as they would give you more insights about what you should or are doing right.

The most helpful this about WATI is that it is very relaible. It is made with a very good user interface. Everything is very intuitive and doesn't need much expertise to navigate. Broadcasting is a matter of few clicks. The automations and chatbot are super amazing tools as well. They help us save a lot on mundane operations. The customer support is super fast. I can just message them in real time and they respond quickly. Never had an issue that was not taken care of.

Sometimes, after importing users with parameters, it takes a bit time to reflect those parameters in the broadcast window. That's the only issue I noticed. Apart from it, the tool is super reliable and reduces a lot of my stress. I can just schedule broadcast and forget about it

The best thing about WATI is that it was very easy to integrate with both our website and logistic platform. Customer support is also quite active and provide solution within a day.

Wati has been instrumental for us in our journey of automating our clients's various online commerce communication. The process has streamlined and reduce lot of manual workload of agents. Important communication regarding orders, shipping now get delivered instantly without any manual intervention.

We have been using wati for marketing needs also. The conersion rates for the Whatsapp braodcasts are much higher than traditional approaches like email.

Cost is slightly higher as compared to other platforms.

I like the support for third-party Integration using Wati APIs. It is effortless to Integrate. The UI & Reporting also good.

Once in a while, in the wake of bringing in clients with boundaries, it requires a piece investment to mirror those boundaries in the transmission window. That is the main issue I took note. Aside from it, the device is really solid and decreases a ton of my pressure.

Communicating with our customer was headache for us, Wati solved this and minimized the work with Wati Chatbot and autoreply.
