Installation is a nighmare and we didn't have a good experience with technical help. The first contact was with some one in Spain who provided a very limited time window to communicate. When we finally got someone here everything worked fine. A better installation routine might have helped. I think the software is for professional installation. I am a strong advocate for 2-factor/multi-factor authentication. The process to authenticate each session is very convenient and easy to use. There are multiple options to choose from when it comes to the method of authentication which is important for when applying to larger groups of people and organizations. Every once and a while, while accessing our Office PC's remotely, the WatchGuard screen prevents a full pass and will freeze the remote login. In most cases, simply closing the remote session and restarting will fix the issue but there has been times where a full PC Reboot is required.
