I was in the process of upgrading from the basic plan to the pro plan and had to disable my warmup, and as soon as I upgraded, my inbox wouldn't turn back on. So I message Customer Service and within 30 seconds I was connected to Lucia and she guided me through re-connecting my inbox...(it was a silly mistake from my end); she then provided me with some tips to make sure my emails would be up and running asap.. I also montior and use the product on a daily basis and it has really helped me get up to speed. To fix this, you are forced to upgrade your paid service to the next tier. I find this poor business practice. We don´t have any specific algorithm that´d on purpose send fewer emails from your inbox to a certain ESP. In our network we have real inboxes of real people and the largest number of them are simply Google Workspace inboxes. That´s why by default every customer sends most of their emails to Google inboxes. Following Google, we have Outlook inboxes but since fewer people are using them, we don´t have as many of them as Google. And the same issue is with other ESPs. That´s why we developed this feature so our customers can choose to focus on the ESP they´re interested in the most. By default, our tool sends emails to various ESPs randomly. JFYI, I've been using warmup inbox for ~1,5 years already and pretty satisfied with its performance. By the way, a support team also works great, and typically they respond within several hours. **What do you dislike about Warmup Inbox?** It's a minor one but still matters. My account is signed up for an "operational" or "admin" email so I don't have an access to it. It would be really great to receive reponses from the support to the email clarified in the chat. I've contacted support several times during the last month and in the chat every time specified to duplicate response to my personal email but they didn't do that. **What problems is Warmup Inbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to warm-up my domain and new inboxes that are used for cold email outreach ### 29. Then when you need help, support helps for a bit and when they cant figure out what the problem is, they stop responding leaving you with a product that doesnt work. No big deal to them because the service is only $9 per month so no loss to them but to the account owner looking to get their box warmed up, its a big deal. There is no way to view past data. -Several times it has randomly stopped working. -Didn't notify me to put a filter on my emails to have their 'warm-up' emails into a separate folder.
