**What do you like best about Warmly?**

The insights it gives around who is actually visiting your site. Helps us massively in our outbound approach to driving pipeline. It was super easy to set up and get started and found the team really helpful straight after we set it up. I'm checking it daily now and it helps with our daily prospecting.

You will use up your usage quite quickly if you have enough traffic but have found it worth it regardless.

Before Warmly we didn't have any real visibility on traffic to our site, this has help us capture the insights really easily and quickly.

**What do you like best about Warmly?**

Warmly is a super-easy to use tool that allows us to see who is visiting our site.
It has a user-friendly dashboard and even sends out alerts of the companies and the actual people who visit our visit site. 

It tracks their interest level - how many and which pages they visited.

We created several good prospects already from Warmly and have even closed a nice deal - all becuase Warmly gave us the inteligence we needed!

**What do you dislike about Warmly?**

Of course, I'd love to have Warmly be able to identify (with email, etc) every random user to our Web site, but they have shown us ways that we can add code to our marketing emails to increase the chances to identify a user with real contact info, role, title, etc.

**What problems is Warmly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Warmly allows our team to track engagement when we are actively talking with a prospect and it also allows us to see who might have visited our site as part of a general marketing outreach or ABM campaign that we've run.

**What do you like best about Warmly?**

The alerts tell us what accounts are on our website, which gives us great insight into intent. We can also see contact level data for many website visitors, and being able to immediately jump on a chat/video with them is really valuable

**What do you dislike about Warmly?**

The alerts have a lot of info that can be noisy. Overall, it's fine though because we have filters that only ping Slack when it's ICP. Having all that data has turned out to be a plus in several situations.

**What problems is Warmly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't know what accounts are visiting our website and showing interest. Having Warmly reveal that info to us allows us to target those accounts when they haven't yet submitted a demo request to continue nurturing them with ad air coverage and targeted outbound. 

We also don't have a great way to create a personalized experience on the website via chat. Everyone in our category think chat is fairly "robotic" and not helpful at times. Warmly creates a video experience that lets the visitor know there's actually a human on the other side - love that.

**What do you like best about Warmly?**

We're a startup and we realized that we were getting 6k monthly visitors to our website but weren't always converting them. So we started using Warmly to help us convert warm leads who were looking at our website but weren't submitting a demo form. So far, we really like how accurate the product is and allows us to see what kind of keywords people are searching for. I also really like how they tell you which words people were searching for.

**What do you dislike about Warmly?**

I think it would be great if we could know where the traffic comes from - i.e. SEO, searching our company name, etc.

**What problems is Warmly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-understanding anonymous leads & where the drop off is 
-seeing who is viewing our website and turning them into paying customers

Sometimes the person identification information is outdated - i.e. Warmly lists the persons previous company. Although this is a rare occurence.

I've always liked the idea of knowing who is browsing our site but it wasn't worth the money other company's were asking for knowing that we get a TON of competitors, spammers, and bots crawling our site. 

Warmly's pricing is very resonable and the platform was ridiculously easy to install on to our webflow site. 

10/10 would recommend.

Not much to dislike. It did take an hour to fully verify but that's about it.

Warmly allows me to see which companies are engaging with our website. The data is pretty specific too. It goes as far as who is looking and what their email is. It's freaky cool!

**What do you like best about Warmly?**

The setup is easy, and the ROI is quick; within a few days of setting it up, I made my money back in qualified meetings booked on my calendar. Saves me a ton of time that I usually spend enriching leads from website visits, tracking them down, and writing emails.

**What do you dislike about Warmly?**

There are a lot of moving parts to the platform, so it's easy to feel a bit overwhelmed when starting out. The team is super helpful & was happy to spend time setting me up with everything I need, though I do still have yet to integrate with *all* of the available offerings.

**What problems is Warmly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main growth channel is inbound through SEO, but it's hard to turn unconverted visitors into TOFU for outbound. Warmly bridges that gap without me having to spend any time identifying/cleaning data and executing outbound to visitors.

Been runnning multi-country Lead Gen Tests and keep seeing amazing Results, super happy with our ABO platform of choice

None so far.... Still comparing to other platforms in the market, but it all seems good

Our sales target are looking good for this term and coming term as well.

The visitors space is what I like the most and the ability to export and then work on it. I have not tried the CRM interface, but we use HubSpot and I am sure that there is an easy way to integrate with HubSpot which also helps me understand the flow of leads that are coming in from my website. I find all of these things very very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Warmly?**

As I am in a trial period, I can't speak about all the features but whatever I see are very very useful and the most important thing is it's a very no-frills, simple interface which gets you to what you want to get to in the quickest possible manner.

**What problems is Warmly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking at multiple other tools which would give me an idea of how to do lead management and I chanced upon Warmly. It's one of the nicest tools that I have seen which clearly talks about the pages that are being visited and if possible, there is a contact and the company information that is provided.

We've gotten a lot smarter in terms of how we get sales and marketing to work together.

Here's our playbook:
- We generate and distribute a ton of content that our ICP cares about with Letterdrop
- We funnel this traffic to our site
- Warmly identifies like 60% of the accounts on our site. We filter them into 2 channels: high intent and low intent depending on the pages they visit
- Our BDR, in addition to his regular cold outbound, is on alert for target accounts on our site
- This helps us focus his effort on accounts that are more likely to book a demo with us
- All this data is pumped into HubSpot so that for each company we have pages visited. With just Hubspot, you can only get this information for people who fill out forms. With Warmly, you can get this info even for people who don't

**What do you dislike about Warmly?**

Very quick to get initial it setup, but figuring out how to add filters took a while (no fault of Warmly's - it's just work that you need to do), but Ryan from their CS team is great in guiding us.

Warmly helps us identify potential buyers on our site. For sales, it helps us focus on leads expressing interest. On the marketing side, it helps us populate more data into HubSpot.

I think the UI is very intuitive and you guys have done a great job with that.

We'd like to see more data points, a lot of the users that we see are anonymous and we kind of need their names in order to do what we want to do.

Warmly would allow us to personalize the emails that we send out to leads. It has the data points and we can use those to create a contact and then start an email marketing campaign through HubSpot.

The AI-driven insights and recommendations have made my interactions more personalized and effective.

Warmly AI’s interface is user-friendly, and their customer support is responsive and helpful.

**What do you like best about Warmly?**

We installed https://warmly.ai/ on our site and within 24 hours we were getting tons of new information on who was actually visiting our site. This is truly a game changer for us to close the sales cycle faster between someone finding out about us through marketing  (linkedin, seo, etc) and being able to reach out to them to immediately book a meeting. The Warmly team also has fantastic support and is constantly adding new features to make the lead data more robust and useful. This is definitely going to be a daily part of our sales/marketing workflow!

The product is outrageously customizable, too. Any feature you like can turn into something you LOVE with a little tailoring. Any feature you dislike can become more useful with a tweak.
If you aren't working your leads, your company is dying. If you ARE working your leads, Warmly is one tool you won't want to go without.

I could be an odd duck, but some of the default feature configurations definitely didn't appeal right out of the box. But Warmly's support was terrific and they helped us get things fixed up in an instant.

Robust site analytics just aren't that robust any more. While everyone can cover the basics nowadays, Warmly really does give us an edge with more detailed information and targeted guidance. It is such a powerful tool we haven't even unlocked all the features yet.
