The sign-up process was very fast and simple. When you log in, the dashboard looks professional and is laid out clearly. It's helpful that it shows you the setup steps right away.

The setup process is very technical and not for a beginner. The very first step asks you to copy and paste code into your website. This makes it clear that the tool is not for individual users, but for businesses that have a website.

From what I can see, Warmly solves the problem of not knowing which businesses are visiting your website. It helps a company turn these anonymous visitors into potential sales leads. This would benefit a sales team by giving them new companies to contact.

Super easy to implement, you just paste some code in the header of your website and you're done.

**What do you dislike about Warmly?**

The pricing is high for a "SMB" product. The data is inaccurate, I tested it by having known contacts visit the site and it didn't just fail to identify people, it identified random unrelated people!

I was essentially using it to notify me when I had people on the site just out of curiosity and waiting to see if they ever fixed the data issues (so we could transition from free to paid). I noticed I hadn't gotten any notifications this week and logged in to see that my account had been disconnected without anyone saying a word.

**What problems is Warmly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It doesn't correctly identify visitors like 90% of the time but it was still helpful to get Slack notifications when we had someone on the site.

warmly.ai has proven to be the best among the other tolls available online. It gives me the data of the website visitors on my website such as company names, email, etc

What I like best is the integration part with the website, just by adding the code in the header section provided by the team it integrates quickly and provides results within 24 hours. I have a better understanding on my website visitors by getting the details such as the company name and email with linkedin company page, through which I can reach out to them and convert them successfully.

**What do you dislike about Warmly?**

However, the contact details that I received are not complete as they come up with only company name, So I am not sure which person exactly has contacted me from that particular organisation. It could be due to my free plan. If warly.ai can figure out the exact contact detail of the person visited on my website, that would be massive breakthrough.

Also since I am in UAE, I would like a customer support which is available on UAE time zone and not USA time zone which creates a huge time difference and cannot get in touch with them for a demo of the product to undersrtand it better.

Still I would say that warmly.ai is something I have never seen before, hopefully I will get the details sooner or later.

I love the details about individuals' visits to the website, as well as the features to filter by intent. It has been very helpful to our sales team to identify new leads. Pretty easy to use and implement.

Their visitor blocking can use a little improvement in its capabilities. Currently we are using a lot of our credits on internal people visiting our website.

Our last website visitor tracking software delivered very little info about the website visitors, to the point where it was more effort than it was worth for the sales team to try and research and go after the visitors as leads. With Warmly, we have much more info about our visitors and can filter them by intent, allowing our sales team to much more quickly and easily identify the leads to chase.

I like how Warmly gives you insights about the people visiting your website. It’s nice to see where visitors are coming from and what companies they’re associated with. It helps me get a better sense of who’s interested without having to dig too deep. It’s straightforward and useful for understanding potential leads.

I don’t have major complaints, but a bit more guidance or onboarding for first-time users would be helpful.

Great tool for uncovering web traffic (particularly at the contact level). Makes it so much easier for a team to connect with the right person at the account (vs. having to spend a lot of time researching). Incredibly helpful for trying to an ABM strategy in play (which is such a daunting task).

The https://warmly.ai/ UI is also super intuitive and easy to use and the reporting is  seamless.

**What do you dislike about Warmly?**

Would like the ability to sort leads by time spent on our website or number of pages viewed. 

Some of the contact level info could be more detailed and accurate (some broken LinkedIn profiles) and email addresses that are personal emails many times (which makes outreach more difficult).

Helping our sales team to identify who has visited our website at an account (vs. just the account level data).

Warmly has been great for our business. We've been able to identify interested customers using the trial version- and so far have been really happy. Warmly was really easy to implement and I'm very satisfied with the customer support. I think it's a fantastic tool and I'm really happy we found it through a recommendation from a friend!

**What do you dislike about Warmly?**

Warmly has two integrations (Hubspot and Salesforce), so if you're not on those, you won't be able to get as many automations done. Right now, I'm handling a lot of data input manually which might get tricky with time.

Warmly tells you how long someone has been on your site and also how often they've visited.

It's expensive and that's why we stay on a free plan. They don't seem to have a startup pricing which could be huge bonus for smaller teams.

Real-time website viewer capture, slack integration, allows for our team to take quick action on website viewers. Their support is incredible, suprisingly their SDRs are at the forefront of it, tending to even freemium users. Had a good experience with Desanka who's always ready to help when needed. Our team will definately be upgrading when we're commericially able to.

At times its unknown who's viewing our website as we only get their company, although in most cases its easy to find out based on our teams outreach, still great value.

For any account-based organizations, it's great to know who's coming to the website in a way that is actionable. Warmly gives context directly in slack, and we're excited to play with the powerful paid features as well. It was straight forward to setup, and the Warmly team has been responsive with any issues.

Ideally we get more leads quanity in the free plan! It's also hard to really understand the paid plan value based off the free plan alone.

Simplicity in setting up and using from the start. The ability to see top of funnel leads visiting our website, what pages, how long, etc. and then being able to put them into the correct workflows.

Would like the ability to sort leads by time spent on our website or number of pages viewed. This could be available but I have not looked in the correct space yet. I still haven't completely dove into everything possible.

**What do you like best about Warmly?**

I've been using Warmly for the website visitor identification. First of all - the free trial gives you plenty of "leads" so you can see it first hand. Second - it seems to capture more of the organizations that visit our site (which more warm leads). Third - the data is much more comprehensive. It's easier to see the page flow that users take, and it's able to see what forms they submit (at least for me - I use Elementor forms). Fourth - the UI is great, you can see the main pages visited directly on the main UI, so you can easily set up filters to separate high-intent traffic and general traffic.

Implementation is extremely easy, just copy & paste a code snippet. Takes 2 minutes.

The tool is significantly better than other web visitor tools. I've tried ~3 that are in the more traditional price range. This one identifies around double the leads with higher quality data. The team really knows what they're doing over there.

**What do you dislike about Warmly?**

- The obvious: the price is tag is high. Not saying it's not worth it, but when you're a small team it can be an obstacle. However, the free trial gives you a good amount of leads. It's a no BS trial.

- Also: The vast majority of leads still don't have a specific person associated to them. But that isn't an issue with this tool. Every web visitor tool is like that, because of greater internet user privacy, less cookies, VPNs etc... As long as we know the organization name and it's under 500 employees our SDR's can usually do detective work to figure out who it might be.

**What problems is Warmly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get visitors to high intent pages, but we often don't know who they are.

This tool identifies the organization names and organizes their page flow for us to view.

That gives us account names for our SDR's to reach out to. Those leads are considered somewhat "warm" because they know who we are.

What really sets it apart from other products is not just the visits like we can get from tools like Clearbit, but it's the combination of all that data.

The free plan is fine, but there is not a middle ground between free and the current paid offerings. We want a higher cap on leads. Also, there is a lot of scrolling compared to other tools because when we're looking at each visit, the row is quite tall, so it's hard to see more than 125 visits in one go.

On the second day in a new growth role, I insisted thast my cmopany use Warmly. And the team has been blown away.

I am using it every day to understand who my customers are, which parts of my website are resonating, and then automating outbound at the right time. Warmly has been a huge unlock in enabling me to quickly grow the new business unit that I manage.

When we have more headcount, I'm also excited to make use of the "Chat with a salesperson now" feature.

To be honest, there's nothing I can complain about. Setup is extremely easy -- I was able to do it myself without getting engineers involved in 10 minutes. And ROI was proven within 3 days of usage.

I suppose the only thing that would be nice would be a clear, consolidated best-practices tutorial. Warmly has published a ton of great content which I have delved into; though it would be nice if there was a single 20-minute video or tutorial series to quickly onboard me to all the essential features.

Unfortunately, I don't know if it's because of privacy reasons or maybe because I'm in Europe, there's a different regulation. I am not able to see the names of the users or details about the specific users. This is the only negative thing that I currently experience.

Warmly is simple and effective.  Thier team is also very helpful.

I haven't found anything that I dislike about Warmly at the moment, it seems to have everything you would want in an intent platform.

**What problems is Warmly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Warmly is bridging the gap between website visitors and those who convert.  Many companies are missing out on warm opportunities actively looking to purchase,  Warmly helps identify those specific opportunities increasing your chances to earn their business.

**What do you like best about Warmly?**

Its so easy to use and setup. Add the tag to GTM, and within minutes you'll start getting users. Highly recommnd using https://warmly.ai/

**What do you dislike about Warmly?**

The pricing will get expensive if your site is getting a lot of traffic, however if you're able to close deals on this it's well worth the cost of marketing, and impact on domain reputation from cold emailing unengaged traffic!

**What problems is Warmly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps identify smaller local accounts that would be impossible to otherwise find in Apollo. Perfect if you're serving the SMB market.

**What do you like best about Warmly?**

Warmly does an amazing job at telling me exactly when a prospect has clicked on my email and visiting my website.  Gone are the days of, tracking email clicks, but take it to another level where I can see the activity of my prospect in real time on our website.  Makes it 10x easier to open the conversation with them while I have an active audience on our website.  
Super easy to use and implement.  And the Warmly team goes above and beyond to make sure you are maximizing the full value out of the product.

**What do you dislike about Warmly?**

A lot of website traffic is bots or activity that is less than a second on our website.  A more robust filtering mechanics to make sure I am only getting pings when the highest value leads at my website are there, and cancel out the random visitor noise.  Almost too much information sometimes.

**What problems is Warmly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a ton of traffic to our website, but we didn't have a good barometer on how much of that traffic was from our prospects and leads.  Warmly lets us know what pages people are looking at, from how long and better understand that web experience journey and where people may be potentially dropping off.

**What do you like best about Warmly?**

I’ve used a different product in the past for a similar function and didn't really find a lot of value in it. It tended to show me major corporations and such that are of no interest to me. What I like is not only are you telling me which businesses but how many visitors I got. That was an interesting change that I saw from the other product.

**What do you dislike about Warmly?**

If at all possible, I would love to know more of who the people are that are visiting my site, and I understand for privacy reasons why you might not be able to tell me that. But if you could perhaps mine their job titles on LinkedIn, that would be useful, just so I have some sense of am I even attracting the right personas.

**What problems is Warmly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's just nice to have a tool that will actually show me visitor information versus having to go dig it up from like Google Analytics and such. For most marketers to understand how to implement it and interpret the results that they get from it.

It does a pretty good job showing you which companies (and sometimes prospects)  visit your website. They also have a lot of integrations to different sales and marketing tools, enabling you to automate a lot of things when it comes to lead enrichment

Not much to say here as of now, does what it promised

We want to scale our outbound with smart approach targeting website visitors. So were able to convert this intent into a few demos, so it seem to work for us

I've been trying out Warmly, and I'm pretty impressed.  It not only shows how vistors spend time on the website and what orgnaization they're from, but I'm seeing individual contact information about 20% of the time.  Valuable stuff!

**What do you dislike about Warmly?**

So far, I don't have any dislikes.  I haven't found how to assign account reps or do automated reports - I'm not sure if those features exist yet.

**What problems is Warmly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us understand who is using the website, what they are interested in, and let's us know which customers might need help on a big project.
