I have had Warez-host offshore VPS hosting for about 1+ year and I have been very pleased. In the last request for the support I sent out a ticket to show me what steps I should take to complete a WP site move and they replied, we took care of that for you, so nothing for me to worry about, all done, all taken care. If you are looking for linux based offshore dedicated server or semi-dedicated server option, I highly recommend giving Warez-host a try.
