
I use Walla as my all-in-one software across CRM, studio/booking management, staffing, management reporting, sales, and marketing. It integrates everything under one hood with a comprehensive set of management reports, which is invaluable for reviewing and forecasting the business. I like the AI capabilities that help predict and forecast where you need to be in your business. The initial setup was wonderful with their onboarding team who are so knowledgeable about their product and help you set up not just your product but also your goals. They really hold your hand through every step of the process. Their ongoing customer support team is one of the best I've ever worked with, and they have wonderful customer support AI capabilities that solve 90% of my problems on their own. I think their lead management capabilities are still fairly new, and not necessarily covering the full scope of what I would want or need in the CRM and sales management software, but have already seen so much added to their product in the two years I’ve been a customer so am excited to see them keep evolving it!
