Built on over a decade of experience in enterprise deployments, WalkMe gives AI the real-time context, cross-application reach, and workflow execution it needs to deliver results. WalkMe helps organizations adapt faster, make better decisions, and build a workforce that learns continuously. Trusted by global leaders including IBM, Nestlé, ThermoFisher Scientific, and the U.S. federal government, WalkMe turns AI investments into business outcomes. Visit www.walkme.com.

## WalkMe Reviews
  ### 1. Meaningful value additions with WalkMe!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2023

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

- I have been working with WalkMe for the past 4+ years and the WalkMe product has definitely improved leaps and bounds from where it was when I picked it up
- Having experienced one other DAP tool, WalkMe offers more flexibility and customisation options.
- Integration with an organisation is for the most part very simple and challenges are only around internal organisational security policies or infrastructure constraints.
- Implementation of solutions is relatively straightforward and it is very easy to start building as a layman
- Customer support is one of the best I have seen being prompt and flexible in the variety of issues that you can reach out to support for
- Customer centric changes have been more prominent of late, organising events in different timezones that I can attend conveniently (yay) and extended support from our CSM Zak and Technical AM Melvin and the rest of the core WalkMe team that we work on a day to day basis have really come in clutch for priority projects

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

- Limited support for certain platforms
- Editor application was buggy at times a few years back but has since improved and become more stable

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe primarily helps solving software onboarding and adoption.
Another area where WalkMe supports with is in-app communication of events and change management for applications. We consistently see > 85% views on the shoutouts.
Another minor area are solutions for BAU in different applications with varying degress of success - solutions include automations, data validation and user experience improvements.

**Official Response from Paul Senatori:**

> First off, a huge thank you for taking the time to provide such a detailed review. We truly appreciate your 3+ year association with the WM team and it's wonderful to hear that our product has evolved significantly in a manner that has improved your experience.

Or course, your kind words about our flexibility, ease of integration, and customer support make us proud of the progress we've achieved. And, it's always rewarding to hear that our main goal of aiding software onboarding and adoption is being realized.

I do acknowledge the points you raised regarding platform support and the editors past challenges. I'm glad to hear that you've noticed improvements in the stability of the WalkMe editor. Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with our product management team. ### 2. WalkMe's capabilities is much more than a just-in-time on-screen-support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jovie Benson L. | Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe's community is so vibrant and the customer success team is so keen to help us implementors derive value. Everyone's so eager to learn and to share! On the tool, the robustness of it's solutions and the multitude of approaches you can adopt to solve one problem makes working with WalkMe extremely fun!

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

The certifications sometimes had way too much of everything - when working hands on, most seemed like Nice-To-Know content so I didn't know what was actually HAVE-TO-KNOW content.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was tasked to implement WalkMe to assist our clients in their transition from a legacy system to a new system... The problems were endless:
1) Unstable environment
2) Long processes on new system
3) Old system permitted multiple processes (e.g. working on a Sales Order and a Sales Quotation) to be done on the same screen

WalkMe benefitted us in addressing not just these problems but many more. The best use-cases of WalkMe in our implementation were in using it as a tool to bridge the many tech gaps. The long timelines that the tech team quoted were all avoided with WalkMe's many apps and features.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Hi Jovie - firstly, THANK YOU so much for your willingness to share your experiences with WalkMe – both the impact & value you're seeing from your solutions, your CS team members, *and* the Community! DAP Professionals like you help make WalkMe World such an engaging and impactful forum 🙌

We also really appreciate your feedback on our certifications – we're always looking to improve and I'll share this with the team :) (Congratulations on becoming certified btw 🎊 )

  ### 3. Procurement Specialist

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

What I like about Walkme is the on line "step by step" guidance on how to use the system application. The elimination of using working instructions is too timing and frustrating for our business and the customer.
The best thing I personally like is the ActionBOT. Since, buildng an ActionBOT on our sourcing system the business stakeholders and customers are absolutely loving it. We have been receivd fantastic feedback and working on building it to accomodate the business stakeholders requirement and needs.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

The least helpful of WalkMe is not being able to use the "on screen" element when using it on Ariba, I'm not a jquery coding expert and when I have to end up having to use this solution I need walkme support assistance to "trial and error" the best jquery solution for the scenario I am working on.
Wish the product can identiy on screen elements for more complex solutions in the near future.
The downside of WalkMe is - when you have published a solution and then play it again, sometimes it works and then sometimes it doesnt't with Ariba. Not sure if this is a product problem when using Walkme for Ariba or the inconsistency, or the length of the steps within the SWT, not sure but this is what I find sometimes.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing Service Tickets and helping for our customers to selve service.
ActionBOT is the "key" with the connected SWT - is working like a dream and making our business stakeholders very happy!

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you for your detailed review 🙏 We're thrilled that you're having a significant impact on your customers' experience and delighting stakeholders with your WalkMe solutions! (ActionBot is one of my favorite capabilities too :) )

While I'm glad to hear that you're getting support assistance to solve your issues, I'd love to connect you with our Product team to see how we can review and resolve them once and for all. We're continually working on enhancing our capabilities to identify on-screen elements for more complex solutions and to improve overall consistency, so your feedback is invaluable.

If you're interested and willing to chat w/ them, you can reach out to me directly and I'll connect you w/ our Product leadership.

  ### 4. Pretty good tool and service, always trying to improve or add new features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Walkme is a great tool to not only guide users on how they are to do what they are to do in the system but also can compliment the system with it's limitations. For example, if there is a system limitation to block users from doing certain actions based on certain criteria that the system cannot be customised to do so, WalkMe is great add-on to make this possible.
Another great feature is the ActionBot which allows interaction with users in a conversation format based on the scenario that users is facing. Not only can this reduce the number of support tickets, users can get the help and assistance 24/7 without waiting for someone to get back to them and the bot can also be linked to a walk-through to guide users on where to go and what they are to watch out based on the scenario they are going through.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

WalkMe is not that good on pages partially with iframes and partially without, in terms of performance. For example, if WalkMe was used to block user from clicking a button, because of the time to load the launcher on the button on the screen on an Ariba page, user may be able to click the button before the launcher appears to do what it was built for.
It is not that great if you need to auto-play few things on the same screen as well or would like to auto-play few things sequentially as it currently does not have the ability to do so.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of the support team reaching to users one by one and guiding them through the screen to perform the how-to steps, WalkMe is doing so for them. This not only improve efficiency but also reduce the number of tickets raised to the support team so that the support team can work on more challenging issues than doing this repeatedly.
WalkMe can also help us to understand what other areas are users facing issues so that we can build more solutions that users need in the tool to help with with their work, especially if it is something that they are not doing everyday and thus may not remember the steps on top of their mind.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback and experience! It's wonderful to hear that your DAP solutions are helping you guide users through key workflows and helping you augment your underlying system in creative ways. (Personally, I love ActionBot and am thrilled to hear that it's having an impact for your end users *and* your support teams!) The ability to offer round-the-clock assistance and reduce support tickets while enhancing user self-sufficiency is at the core of what we strive to achieve 🙌

As you mention, we're always trying to improve, so I appreciate your feedback about some of the challenges you've had. WalkMe is highly configurable and, in speaking with our Product team, it sounds like we should be able to help you out with both things you mentioned :). Please reach out to your account team, so we can work out a solution to fit your needs. ### 5. Wonderful user experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kumarjit B. | Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I really like how intuitive and easy-to-use the application is

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

It should really work on the editor extensions for browsers like edge and firefox as I faced some trouble there

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently I am undergoing training for WalkMe and have not used it for any BO purpose

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you for sharing your experiences, Kumarjit – and we're happy to hear that your onboarding to WalkMe has been easy and intuitive :)

We *do* support Edge and Firefox (in addition to Chrome), so we're keen to learn more about what may be going awry for you, so we can troubleshoot and improve your experience.

  ### 6. Creatively develop ways to overlay guide to help our users adopt and learn our products

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** GD D. | DAP Product Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

With WalkMe, we've been able to creatively develop ways to overlay guide to help our users adopt and learn our products which supported better customer experience.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

There are some limitations but we are able to creatively seek ways to sort some of it.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe's been helping with on the stop guidance that our users can easily trigger when needed. With WalkMe's TeachMe, we are also able to provide an interative way of learning for users that is sort of similar to e-learning's LMS.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Hi GD - thank you so much for sharing your feedback! ### 7. Great experience with WalkMe!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Denis R. | Product Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Walkme is the best digital adoption platform on the market, it has a lot of items and powerful functonalities.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

It's pretty expensive for digital small business

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's redefining our way of supporting customers; we are better understanding we are customer issues in our digital platform.

  ### 8. WalkMe = great for users AND for boosting L&D visibility in the organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe is pretty easy to use once you get through the initial onboarding. We use it for a variety of software products/use cases in my organization and I'm the primary user for one product. Within the last year, I've started making greater use of the insights dashboard to help quantify the impact of instructional design efforts (e.g., clicks, views, time spent). In some ways, we use it as a proxy for a full LMS. Our Product team loves that they don't need to take responsibility for integrating learning content into the software directly.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Bits of the implementation can be challenging or overly technical, but usually the customer support function does a great job of addressing my concerns. My CSM, Ben Hancock, is very responsive and offers me great insights about topics to explore next.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not have an LMS, and don't have an easy way to monitor which of our users have consumed which content, when, how long, etc. We use WalkMe in collaboration with Seismic (content management system) to get really detailed customer usage metrics, down to who is searching for which terms most frequently in our help menu. The most prevalent WalkMe interactions are with our menu (i.e., Searches and launching Resources). We also often use Walkthroughs, Shoutouts, and SmartTips. Ben is helping me explore Onboarding Tasks next.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Hi there - Thank you for your insightful review (no pun intended)! We're thrilled to hear that WalkMe enhances both user experience *and* L&D visibility in your organization – and that you're making great use of Insights to understand the impact of your solutions 🎊 .

We completely appreciate that aspects of implementation can be technical, and your feedback is crucial as we continually improve. It's great to know that our support team and your CSM have been helpful partners in getting you up and running (I'll also share your kudos directly with Ben 😊 ). We're excited to see how you'll utilize Onboarding Tasks next!

  ### 9. A Review of WalkMe from an Admin's Perspective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James v. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

As an admin overseeing our organisation's MIS, WalkMe has been invaluable. It's my own UI on top of a third party application. Setting it up took some effort, but with WalkMe's support, we got everything running smoothly. It's now an essential part of our platform that helps our users navigate new or complex processes. WalkMe has become a go-to solution for navigating users through our daily processes.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

The main issue is when the third party website changes and I need to reconfigure WalkMe walk-throughs to cater for the changes.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe gives my company it's own UI on top of a third party platform. We use that to notify our users about updates to the platform, operational changes, and give them general tips & tricks on their daily productivity.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Hi James - thank you for sharing your feedback and experiences with WalkMe @ your organization! We're honored to be a go-to solution for your users :)

Related to your comment about website changes, we *do* have some capabilities that should make this much easier for you (DeepUI & WalkMe Assistant). I'll have our Success Team reach out to make sure you're set up!

  ### 10. WalkMe is a Game Changer for Any Company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I think WalkMe has the opportunity to be used by any company. Their applications are endless as it can fill the role of development, customer service, training, and most roles at the company. I think that by plugging in on top of any website, WalkMe is truly a multi-faceted solution. WalkMe's customer support is also excellent. Programming WalkMe after the training is easy, but getting help from WalkMe support is easy as well. We've now integrated it on 3 different tools, and have supplemented a lot of our training capacity with it. Our users use it constantly as an aid to their adoption of our tools. I think another factor to consider is the ease of implementation with tools seamlessly being deployed to customers through a snippet in our tools.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

I think the improving automatic selection is helpful, but it does not solve all problems that are encountered with building WalkMe. There is still a learning curve, and I think users just need to be prepared for that.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe is solving our digitial adoption problem and helping our customers hit their training goals. I think digitial adoption is a newer field and that most people don't realize that most people struggle to learn new technology. We've used WalkMe to make that easier and to supplement our training department's efforts.

  ### 11. Best training and walkthrough platform review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcelli D. | Marketing Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Responsive platform to build video or bubble text walkthrough to help users onboarding and learning about the new features that is introduce on the software is the main reason we subscribe to this application. Modifying training material implementation using template is easy and has create a simple workflow that new users can follow to train and get familiar with the system. No more confusion and difficulties after swtich to WalkMe.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Slow response on email by the customer support service. Takes 2-3 days for them to reply support tickets. It is too long for critical problem that we had.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provide training ground for users to learn about the new system.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you for your review! We're thrilled to hear that WalkMe has become your go-to platform for in-app guidance and making user onboarding and feature learning a breeze :)

Related to customer support, we're sorry to hear that you didn't get the response you needed for your issue and definitely not the experience we want to deliver. **Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

The best thing about WalkMe is its User friendly interface which help users in effective onboarding and training. The other thing which I really like about WalkMe is it's seamless integration with our Workday page, which has really enchanced its utility.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

One thing which I really don't like about WalkMe is its performance issues. It gets very unreliable at times and sometimes struggles with complex flows and also there are ocassional logs.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 14. Proactive Product with Exceptional Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie R. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe has an excellent product that appears to always have solutions to address any CX challenge or strategy my team can think of. In addition, their service is exceptional - From CSM to Support, everyone is helpful, everyone knows the product.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

We wish there were slightly more options for behavior based experiences that would help us onboard users on their terms, based on actions in the product. However, knowing WalkMe - they will release a solution next quarter that solves all our problems!

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contextual Help - We use WalkMe to nudge advisors into areas of our software that may be under utilized - this has helped us push customers to Help content, to functionality, and even raise awareness of workshops/webinars.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Hi Stephanie - firstly, thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback and experiences with WalkMe the product *and* our teams! (I'll definitely be sure to share the kudos internally :))

  ### 15. WalkMe Helps Guide and Grow Your Users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad D. | Junior Digital Adoption Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

What I like most about WalkMe is the ability to add guidance and help directly at the source of the problem.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

I think users are apprehensive of overlays in general, but that's certainly not the fault of WalkMe.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to quickly make announcements on a company wide scale. Validation and guidance directly at the source where it's needed. Creative solutions to help give users the information or resource they need in the moment.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Hi Chad, thank you for sharing the value you're seeing with WalkMe! ### 16. Get DAPping!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christi L. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

I love the completeness of the the apps that WalkMe offers and how they work together, you can easily provide a comprehensive, cohesive solution to your users. The product updates are frequent and their dev team is accessible and eager to hear from their clients. The Community site is a huge bonus, we all know and love each other and are constantly joining all of the events that they offer to learn tips and tricks that help us evolve our DAP strategies.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

I have had tremendous success with WalkMe, any enhancement suggestions can quickly be put on their ideas portal...two of mine have already been implemented!

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have a 100% digital approach for most new features and updates, and live training has been mainly eliminated - a potential savings of 10+ trainer hours and 60 minutes per Associate. Anywhere from 250-500 users need to be trained through 10-20 live sessions per major feature. Users can now quickly find the support that they need in-tool, when they need it, with no interruption to their workflow and experience less time away from customers. We have also had amazing success automating case management, and have saved over $80k, 800k clicks, and 1,800 hours last year alone!

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Christi, THANK YOU for sharing all of the amazing results you've seen with your DAP program – and we're thrilled to hear that you rate not only the platform but our product release cadence, development teams' accessibility, and Community as some of your favorite things about WalkMe! WalkMe helps my clients solve many business-related problems. The most common issue we run into is applications taking a long time to update on key processes, which can either confuse end users or cause errors in a process. The benefit of WalkMe is how easy and fast it is to deploy to intercept some of these problems, like forgetting to fill out a form that isn't mandatory on the UI but is mandatory in the process.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Sean, thank you for sharing your experiences and what you love about WalkMe! It's great to hear that you're helping your clients solve real business problems, augmenting underlying systems and making them work for each organization's unique needs – and ultimately making sure they get the most out their IT investments 📈

(Plus, we always love to hear that you think the team is just as awesome as the product :)!)

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe allows you to deploy your Change Management strategy by giving you the data to validate how effective the strategy is performing. With this data you can adjust the strategy and tailor the impact.

WalkMe creates the environment that the digital tool and the business process have an integrated message that enables value across the organization.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

There is an opportunity to improve the WalkMe editor to be more userfriendly by organizing the content and improving on at what state of development the WalkMe content is at.

It will be helpful in the case of WalkMe content development to allow for the different people that are developing to see at what state of development is the content is at, solutioning, testing, feedback and release etc.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping onboard Planview. Providing guidance and onboarding users to Planview and giving them customized directions depending on the user role. We have keep a small team to help support Planview users

  ### 19. There's nothing that WalkMe can't do!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

The application is so easy to learn and implement and is very handy to solove problems that would normally take an engineer weeks to build in the websites code. Aside from the application itself, WalkMe's support and customer service is the best I've experienced with any company.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

The only challenge I've had is that sometimes a process can work in the QA environment but not in the Prod environment once it's deployed. There are many intricacies in a browser that can cause it to fail but once it is working it's great.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe not only improves adoption of our platform but it provides features that would otherwise require coding. One such problem it has resolved is that it can check several data fields to ensure they contain at least 2 time entries using a regex. It's also enabled us to capture valueable end user feedback via it's survey functionality.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Nothing comes to mind. I don't have any dislikes at the moment.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe helps us in systems and tools with in app guidance where dev work isn't available. It's also beneficial to alert our stakeholders of important messages and announcements.

  ### 21. The best platform to find tools to build training walkthrough or guidance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pierre B. | Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Impressive platform that is providing all I need to build training material for our newley sales process features that is quite difficult to be learning without proper support. The walkthrough helped our user to learn and training in guided environment that they can make mistake on it as a part of the training process.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

We received no complaint from our current or new users about this platform. This product has improve and make the training time short and effective.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help users with their work journey and give them support that they need to get onboard quickly.

  ### 22. Easy to use, easy to impress.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

The product for which I use WalkMe is brand new to our company and the users need a lot of help navigating it. I've found WalkMe to be a relatively simple way to help users make sense of what they are seeing on their screens. I lack a technical background, but have found it is pretty easy to build on-screen elements and add documents and links to external sites that the users access frequently. The WalkMe community site has been incredibly helpful when I have questions, run into problems, or just need inspiration.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

For me personally, I find that the organization of the Digital Adoption Institute modules is a bit confusing. It is not always clear to me how to proceed through all of the lessons. I've found more support and answers via the community forums. I have also had to work around some limitations when it comes to an on-screen element being "recognized" by WalkMe in order to trigger a SmartTip, Walk-Thru, etc.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently using WalkMe in a system that is new to our company and is being continually updated. Users don't always have time to go out of their way to check our intranet pages for the latest communications about system upgrades. With WalkMe, we are able to link these communications directly on the page they're working on, add ShoutOuts to highlight important changes, and include various forms of SmartTips so that users have no doubt how to use a specific field, or what to include in a text field.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

The difficulties are usually around value discussions as the true value of our program is often hard to quantify into specific numbers beyond general figures based on agreen upon assumptions.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing support tickets, improving productivity, reducing onboarding time, improving the employee experience, reducing the need to additional and ongoing training, and enforcing data quality safeguards.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Matt, we (almost) don't even know where to start with thanking you for this amazing review and with congratulating you for all that you're accomplishing with WalkMe! You're doing BIG things for your team members (more productivity + more confidence + faster problem resolution times = DAP trifecta) - and we *always* love to hear about the power of WalkMe analytics for continuous workflow optimization 🙌

We understand about the nuances of value discussions, but it sounds like you have a solid starting point with your assumptions :)

  ### 25. Best way to guide users and stop errors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gareth S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

- Rapid release times for solutions
- Wide range possible solutions
- Ease of use for customers and builders
- Saves money by being able to fix issues that would cost hefty development time

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

The tools for a solution can be restrictive

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digital adoption - this project is rolling out new software and WalkMe is being used to have internal guideance for users, this has reduced support tickets significantly and those that come through often can be resolved by WalkMe WalkThrus
Data Validation - WalkMe is used to validate data input where system restrictions do not validate (For example First Names that can have numbers)
Error Provention - Stops users doing incorrect process
Cost Saving - With WalkMe Data Validation and Error Provention fixes are quick to release and do not incur any cost, these issues developed by the vendor, but this comes with a hefty pricetag and extended timeline

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Gareth, your insights are greatly appreciated and we're delighted to hear that you're seeing rapid solution releases, a wide range of possible solutions, ease of use, and cost savings with WalkMe! We especially loved reading about the specific ways you're using WalkMe solutions to improve change management for new software rollouts, proactively prevent errors, and eliminate additional development costs :)

  ### 26. WalkMe is a great product in itself. But their greatest asset is the customer service/supports teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

The greatest asset to WalkMe is their cutomer service and support. Everyone is extremely knowledable about the product and eager to assist customers. Without our CSM I would not be aware of all the useful support tools WalkMe offers. Some to highlight are the Champion toolkit, WalkMe communites, and Webinars that have been the most useful our work.

On the product side the builder extension is very user friendly. Features such as on screen selector, create an easy building experience.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Customization for the features of WalkMe are extremely limited in certain areas of the product. Such as Shoutouts font and custom templates.

Adddtionally the data insights features are very useful to an extent. It seems that for smaller product it would be very helpful to track users by playback and funneling. However, on larger platforms with 80k+ interactions a day it is harder to track workflows.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe works to decrease our number of support tickets mainly and onboarding. This benefits our teams by allowing them to allocate their time toward larger product issues and advanced trainings.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Hi Kristin - thank you for sharing such amazing feedback about not just WalkMe as a product, but your experiences with our service and support teams. (The Champion Toolkit and Community are two of *my* favorite resources, so I'm glad that you're seeing value from them 🙌 )

We also hear your feedback about customization and analytics, I know that your account team would love to learn more so they can help support you :)

  ### 27. Awesome Training Tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe is an incredibly versatile tool. It enables companies to meet learners exactly where they are, both in product as well as in their learning journey.

On top of that, they have great customer support (extra shoutout to our CSM!) and training materials that support using WalkMe and making sure you are using all of the features in the best possible way for your company!

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

When testing something I built in WalkMe, if something fails, I can't always find an error message to easily understand why it failed.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe is notifying users about new features and helping train users on how to use the features. This is resulting in fewer calls to our support teams and allowing our users to become more self-sufficient and confident using our product.

  ### 28. Very useful user guidance platform that is easily manageable without extensive need for programming.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Li L. | Global Product Life Cycle Management Senior Staff, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

From a developer perspective, it is simple to create and upload content.

We mainly utilized the Smart Tip, Smart Walkthrough and Shout Out Features. The learning curve is minimal for such program which is impressive. There is no need for coding for majority of the time.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

It would help if WalkMe has better version control and features to support collaboration for multiple developers.

There is no version/user control or automated back up function.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need to guide new and occasional users without committing large amount of SME's time.

We have a change management platform that touches all users within the organization.
However, not everyone is familair with navigation of the software since it is not part of daily routine for most.
In such scenario, WalkMe has been helpful in supporting the occasional users at point of use instead of handholding by subject matter expert.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Hi Li - thank you for sharing your experiences – we always love to hear how customers are able to get up to speed quickly and start building WalkMe solutions that make an impact 🎊

We also appreciate your feedback re: making it easier for you to collaborate and track versions across multiple team members, and I've shared your feedback w/ the product folks who are working to improve our capabilities here. (I'm sure you know this, but for individual deployables, individual builders can rollback to any previous version!)

P.S. If you have additional ideas or would like to share more about this one, I encourage you to share it via the "Ideas" section of the WalkMe Community – our product teams actively monitor this forum 🙌

  ### 29. Supportive support team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cherish S. | Service Desk Admin, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

WalkMe can be hard to understand sometimes, however the supportive, considerate and
courteous support team of WalkMe is cherry on top.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

WalkMe updates and/or upgrades should be prompted when a user login into WalkMe Editor. Notifying and highlighting the information on the site may limit the communication to the users who visit the site only. Rather a developer like me who is concerned with building of WalkMe stuff doesn't get to know the new information until I use the updated function and then find out that something has been modified. Thus, a popup with new updates should be prompted on Editor.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Ease in communicating new releases, updates and/or upgrades of the application via ShoutOuts and SWTs.

- A workflow failure, repairement, fixes can be effortlessly and expeditiously communicated to users via WalkMe.

- Reduce the headache of comminicating the information to each user.

- Worth the cost but still it should be reduced

  ### 30. Impressive experience after using WalkMe

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex C. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Providing users and worker a platform they can rely to support their training and walkthrough easily. Fast customer support for users if they experience any challenges while implementing the and operating the application. Insight on software usage levels to determine which software is used often by workers.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

No complaint from users at this time. We love the dashboard interface, it is intuitive and minimalist, but some improvement with the menu display is welcomed.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensure every users is supported in digital adoption and new changes on the system.

  ### 31. Walkme is efficient, time-saving, creates quick ROI, and my L&D pros love it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonya J. | Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Accessibility Leader/Sr Learning Experience Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

It is easy to build, I save lots of time, and end-users get the just-in-time help they need without submitting tickets or chatting with anyone. Our WalkMe customer success team is outstanding. Help is easy to get, and they quickly respond.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

We would like to see some features that have to be voted up to get results. And since we are a small team, we sometimes have to wait for our features to be implemented.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just in time help and walkthroughs that decrease calls for help from our customers and internal staff and to track progress of self service impacts.

  ### 32. The experience has been great.

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

The people. Everyone is so friendly and always want to help

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

The only thing I would say is that I would like to see more availability on the support chat.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WalkMe has help us better communicate with our customer. When it comes from onboarding new users to send them messsages on the application.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you for your review, Guillermo! We're delighted to hear that you appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of our team. Your kind words mean a lot to us 🙏

We hear your feedback about our support team's chat availability; we've recently made some enhancements, so you should have better luck getting an agent on chat the next time you reach out :). Additionally, if for some reason all chat agents are busy, we've made it even easier to submit a case from chat and get a prompt response via email – and we're continuously improving our support experience.

It's great to know that WalkMe has enhanced your communication with customers, from onboarding new users to sending in-app messages. We're glad to be a part of your success and we appreciate you!

Training, adoption, validation

  ### 34. Data Driven Solutions for your Digital Adoption Program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2023

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

That you can put various applications together to create just about any solution you want. Then.... you get the analytics to know if your solution is working.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

There are some limitations, and they are slow to bring some features to production. In addition they are expensive so you need to have lots of content created to get your value.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to get existing support content in front of the user at the time of need. Good content that has been created over the years can't be found and thus users try to use apps without it.
Also it is allowing us to watch user processes before we put in WalkMe to validate the pain point.
- Validating data input
- Showing users how to complete tasks in the app - without any training.

  ### 43. Powerful and easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

As a product manager of a web portal, I often need to design complex functionalities that users will need guidance for. The good thing about walkme is it's always an option for a quick improvement of a problem you discover.
Whether it's an UX problem that you overcome with a guide or a tooltip, or an urgent matter that your form doesn't capture the right data and you need it enforced, you always know the option of using Walkme is there even if that's temporary.
It's also a good thing to showcase to our customers whenever they have doubts about their own users using our forms. Setting up a demo walkthrough is quick and always does the trick.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Well I don't know if that's our implementation that is faulty but it's really difficult to assess the impacts on the whole website when you add something to a single page. You might discover afterwards that your tooltip or smart walkthrough actually appears everywhere else while it shouldn't.

I am not a regular user of the Walkme interface but recently I also found it very difficult to understand how our shared collection of walkthroughs is managed between Prod, UAT, the ones published, the ones pending, the ones I can see with my user and the ones I can't. It is not cristal clear when you navigate those concepts.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walkme helps our customers adopt the tools we are providing them online. It helps them unblock misunderstandings so they don't have to come to us and delay their transactions. They also feel less alone in front of a complex form to fill so reduces the friction and boosts adoption.

  ### 47. WalkMe makes things better!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

When I use WalkME, I can finally fix the issues that I've only ever been able to complain about before. Developers are busy people and new features take a long time to produce. WalkMe lets us solve a myriad of problems very quickly and easily. And if we have difficulty, WalkMe is always there to help with an easy to use and excellent service team.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

This is one of those humblebrags. My least favorite thing about WalkMe is that it can solve nearly any problem so that sometimes we have to ask ourselves, Should we use WalkMe to solve this one? It does help us to think holistically to know that we could always solve it with WalkMe. If you ever find yourself building something that the next builder will have trouble understanding, step back. Double check.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most recently I have used WalkMe to help users navigate a confusing billing and payment app. When we find frequest errors in the invoices, we set up a new process to catch those errors earlier in the process.

  ### 48. WalkMe is an amazing tool, very easy to use but very powerful too

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John M. | Learning Solutions Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Easy to use and easy to create fantastic step-by-step guides for users, be it to help them set up their account or if they need a refresher on how to do something. Creating content in WalkMe is a straightforward process; it's even possible to automate steps to help users achieve what they need to quickly. It's all about simplifying and making the end-users day that little bit easier, and with WalkMe, this is possible.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

They are minor when creating a step having to click an element on the page, would like the ability to use jQuery from the start. Being able to publish to test and production at the same time would be great too, however as mentioned, only minor

Support is poor, I have the dread feeling whenever something doesn't work and I need supports help, I try everything first forums etc to try and resolve as you will end up repeating the same info to different agents over and over, for issue to be escalated and repeat the same info again as the agent hasn't reviewed your ticket.
You will then have to chase support to get an answer and for them to opefully finally fix it, they will come up with work arounds that aren't even remotely possible to do, like update hundreds of rules.

**Recommendations to others considering WalkMe:**

Try it.

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use WalkMe for highlighting new features, as well as showing the user how to use these features and training on existing features within our software. The analytics side is truly unique, with so much data and so much info to help other departments help the customer further.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Hi John, thank you for sharing your experiences and how you're using automation to simplify your users' lives :). We *also* always love to hear how customers are using our analytics suite to continuously improve 🎊

We'd love to learn more about your experiences with our support team, share the investments we've made / are making to improve across the board, and get your feedback. You can reach out to me directly and I'll set something up!

  ### 49. Walk Thru WalkMe

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SMS S. | Advanced Business Analyst II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2023

**What do you like best about WalkMe?**

Easy to use and they continously improve the product and make it easy to use. Easy to implement in any system and guides the user where we face issues or queries.

**What do you dislike about WalkMe?**

Many features which need to be adopted and also custom inbuilt solutions needs to be marketed

**What problems is WalkMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we moved from one system to another system we faced lots of queries and once walkme got implemented then those queries were resolved. People dont require handover or training since walkme guides them slowly and easily step by step or in single click using the different features.

**Official Response from Lacey Butler:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your feedback and experiences! We love to hear that you not only find WalkMe easy to use use, but are using lots of different capabilities to build WalkMe solutions that help your users *and* reduce the need to raise help queries, whether it's via step-by-step guidance or automation to complete tasks in a single click 🎊

You mentioned that you like how we're continuously improving the product to make it easier to use, but if you have your *own* product ideas or suggestions, we'd love to hear them! (You can share / post in WalkMe Community Product Ideas :))
