It is very user friendly, you can upload content, create your own, or utilize their Help tools to build out Waiver forms to use for all business functions. I personally used these forms to capture photo consents from people before getting their picture taken. It was easy to use via an Ipad, while capturing customer info that could later be quantified. The ease of engagement in terms of transferring my waiver document into an electronic environment replete with cloud storage and facility of distribution to my clients was extraordinary. The customer support ( in my case, Andy) is unparalleled. We exchanged ideas about how best to structure the document and make it available to the Senior fitness team that I instruct so that they would find it simple to deal with and upload. After the initial interaction he was and remains readily available for questions and changes. By working through WaiverElectronic, I was better able to get Zoom sessions up and running quickly in reaction to the closing of the County Senior Center and keep a great group of 60 plus team members moving, healthy and engaged in the exercise programs they love. The user interface is easy to understand. I simply copied our legal waiver language from our attorney and pasted it into the appropriate text box. You can also choose from pre-set templates and upload your company logo to add your branding.

During this pandemic, I also like that I can offer a contactless waiver signing by sending a link to our electronic waiver to our customers if they'd like to sign it in advance.
