I just wish they can add more service like if doing Motor Vehicle we can sub category it as Licence or Renewal or Registration for first time other than that all is good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hello Yasmin. Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We can certainly help with segmenting the services with queues, categories and service types. As long as you aren't having people join by SMS, it's possible to add as many service types as you like. Feel free to have your admin reach out to the account manager (just click on Account in the left side nav and then select "Chat with Support") for help with this. It can be very beneficial to have services segmented so that more senior agents can focus on more advanced services and agents with less experience can take care of simpler transactions such as renewing a plate or printing a driver abstract.
