What do you like best about WaitWell?

As someone working in the Registry it is soo easy to use it helps categorizing services which makes it easy for us to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WaitWell?

I just wish they can add more service like if doing Motor Vehicle we can sub category it as Licence or Renewal or Registration for first time other than that all is good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hello Yasmin. Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We can certainly help with segmenting the services with queues, categories and service types. As long as you aren't having people join by SMS, it's possible to add as many service types as you like. Feel free to have your admin reach out to the account manager (just click on Account in the left side nav and then select "Chat with Support") for help with this. It can be very beneficial to have services segmented so that more senior agents can focus on more advanced services and agents with less experience can take care of simpler transactions such as renewing a plate or printing a driver abstract.

Hello Mukti. Thank you for your feedback about WaitWell. I'm so glad to hear that customers are happy with the convenience that WaitWell offers them. When names disappear from the queue, it is always because an agent closed the ticket or the customer cancelled it themselves. It's actually possible to see what happened to each ticket by clicking on the "Ticket" tab in the left-hand nav (if you have access). You can search for the ticket by name and then open it to see what stage it is in. You can reactive a ticket that has been closed, if you have the appropriate permission level. This is a really common user error - people often click buttons without thinking or understanding. We are definitely working on our UX to hopefully reduce the number of clients who exit the queue accidentally.

What do you like best about WaitWell?

Had the opportunity to work with Wait Well when worked in Registry office, and really enjoyed this experience of the way it helps organize lines and make customers more happy.

Wait Well have very user-friendly interface that easy to use both for staff and visitors.

Intuitive design with great color solutions make working with application quick and help to reduce wait times for clients, staff that can provide not all services can see take just clients that have some specific needs.

Really good perfomance, user friendly with real-time tracking and notification contribute well oranized queuing process.

Making the platform accessible to all people, including elderly people, people who have low levels of literacy with technology and people with visual impairments, is a huge priority for us. It often helps to have a self-service kiosk and a digital display that flashes the name of the next customer while also reading it out and telling the customer which desk to go to really helps a lot with this. If this is something you are interested in, please reach out to your account manager to talk about how to turn on this functionality, possibly even using hardware you currently have in your office.

I love how the app can be configured to meet your organization's specific needs. It is highly self-intuitive and allows staff to self-learn and develop their processes.
