I appreciate how user-friendly WaitWell is. It's incredibly intuitive and transitioning from our previous system was smooth. The reports offer valuable insights, which I find particularly beneficial. If you haven't already, please be sure to let your account manager know that the auto-closure feature of the queue isn't working optimally. Sometimes it's a bit of an experiment to find the best approach for each service location as there are a couple of different approaches we can use when looking to auto-close a queue to ensure all customers in line can be served before closing time.
