What do you like best about Vultr?

Easy to deploy new server instances and manage sites in a VPS environment. One of the best hosting providers we've found in terms of price and options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vultr?

The DNS management is a bit strange for cPanel accounts, as it effectively adds an extra layer that needs to be updated both initially and when moving sites between instances. Have also had some questions about actual server allocations which have been hard to track with the tools provided and while customer support is fast to respond, they are very minimal in what they'll provide being a self-managed server. Double charged, no refund even after talking to costomer service. They initially tell me to wait for a few weeks. After not receiving refund for about 6 weeks, I contacted them again, only was told to buy more service. I had decided to move my service somewhere else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
