The Kubernetes and Load Balancer features are also easy to use. The few times that I had a problem with the platform, the support guided me and helped me to solve my problem in the same day. **What do you dislike about Vultr?** The only things I didn't like about the platform is the Object Storage, which is available in only a few servers and doesn't allow you to connect to an active bucket. **What problems is Vultr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vultr helped my product to escalate quickly and made infrastructure management simple for someone who doesn't have a lot of DevOps experience! ### 4. Vultr offers free credits for the first month to try out their products. The trial is very easy. Just verify credit card and done. Just if they increase the trial period from 1 month to 3 months would be better. Re-signed up with my new startup email address used my credit card and got flaggged. While interacting with customer service I got accusted of trying to game the system (By getting a few free credits) and unwilling to help me further. Basically abismal. What I am most appreciative about Vultr is the ease by which they present BGP as an option, and is dead easy to implement with their docs. Additionally, the wide geographical area of their service allows me to quite easily spin up instances available worldwide VERY quickly. I especially like the ability to anycast within their network, but that requires some extra steps vis a vis backhaul between the various vpc regions. Performance and pricing is great for a SaaS provider to SMBs. Well documented and support was quick to clarify an API request. Sales rep was accomodating for testing and customer VPC needs. I highly recommend Vultr for VM needs. The alliance with Backblaze b2 is an excellent benefit as well. **What do you dislike about Vultr?** A serious note: The S3 object storage had a significant outage in EWR, when testing. I do not recommend the S3 object storage at this time, but in a couple years, I'm sure they will sort it. **What problems is Vultr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Backend servers for SaaS provider that can be fully automated. The UI is well-designed, it's easy to navigate, and generally is pretty snappy. **What do you dislike about Vultr?** Vultr's pricing can be very similar to other cloud providers, making it hard to pick between platforms. **What problems is Vultr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vultr solves the issue of having to deal with on-prem servers, where spinning up a single instance can be much harder than clicking a few buttons on a webpage. ### 38. One of the best hosting providers we've found in terms of price and options. **What do you dislike about Vultr?** The DNS management is a bit strange for cPanel accounts, as it effectively adds an extra layer that needs to be updated both initially and when moving sites between instances. I logged in and forgot about it. They charged me for usage. I asked to return my money as I didn't use their services and had 17 euros left in my bank account (I am a student) and literally had to water fast. However despite not returning me the money or at the very minimum cancelling my subscription (despite me writing to them multiple times) they had the audacity to ask me multiples times after going back and forth to pay them even more.
