
What we like the best is that we have all the information from all the areas of our company connected thanks to this user friendly software. From the first call to a prospect to the mailing of invoices we can register all the steps of the sales process and every member of each department can have access to that info. When you start customizing the tool to your needs and preferences you get a little bit addicted to the possibilities you have and sometimes you go further and think of areas you would like to change and then you realize it is not possible since Vtiger is not that complex. However we haven't faced a key need which hasn't been fulfilled. We create quotes with Vtiger and we also generate invoices with the specific module. We would like to have an integration with the Spanish official invoicing systems in order to issue valid electronic invoices and send them to our customers by email. There are different modules which is a good factor to keep information separately. Even documents can be saved for clients database. All my team can work together and no lag in the system apart from the daily 1 hour required to upgrade the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing as of now as it is good to use for us. Only glitch is the 1 hour backup time required to save the record everyday which results in the software to hang. The sla clock features sometimes doesn't work as expected and our tickets and cases get violated. This is highlighted to the team and they are still working on it and no resolution on it till now. I seldom find an issue with Vtiger that the great customer service team cannot fix in a timely manner, but I have come across certain situations that are perhaps too complex for global integration on the platform. We get errors when we upload new contacts and it doesn't always say what the error is. It might say it imported 80 contacts and 20 have errors but what are they? I use it for all the organization of the company, since a client need a quote, then we use the next part to crete a sales order, register the equipments, instruments that our storage has, it is incredible, its very funcional, We can organize all wit Vtiger.
Vtiger is very helpful for us because ir organize all the differents areas of the compane, for example, sales, support after sales, logistics. We have documents ordered in the cloud for example. If a seller wins a tender, he can upload the purchase orders to the cloud and we can all review it
I like for example, in case os the After sales support Area, I can create an asset (when a customer buy a medical equipment). I can create it with the serial number, then I cant create the guarantees, preventive maintenance, and I can also create incidents if something happens to the equipment, for example a failure and we have it as a record, so that other engineers have knowledge if something has happened to that equipment or not. Additionally I can assign a task to one of the engineers and tag it, so he is aware that he has a job to do with an asset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Phone calls is not helpful for us, we don´t use it because we use other system.
Conversations is not helpful for us because we use Hangouts.

The good organization and capabilities, basiccally I can make a good organization on everything related to my customers, and have a good tracking on them. You can customize the fields that you need, adding new fields, and configuring them to be able to be shown in the report that you can make later in the reporting section. The reporting section althoug is a bit confusing at first, once you get the handle of it, is a great tool to manage your departments and plenty of other things that you might find helpfull. still not optimized enough for email, meaning that, the email inbox or mail manager is still not well optimized and I still find myself using my mail provider instead of been able to link everything through my vtiger account, the reason behind this, is because the sync between both services takes a while, and most of the time vtiger is slow to be updated with the latest information of my mail provider, take this with a grain of salt as it may be my internet service provider, but I believe its not. Although it haves phone calling support, and you can link the phone calls to an opportunity, it still needs a bit of automotization, meaning that it would be really helpful and time saver if the software is able to link automatically the phone calls to (in my case) the opportunity.
