Vtiger is the good CRM tool for managing employees and customers. It also helps to provide good customer support. Vtiger have a great community for help and support. But you have to dig a bit deeper to get your queries resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing much is there to dislike this app. As we were using open source version. So we were not given much support. We have to sail our own boats when ever we are facing issues. The UI of the app is bit old. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
