Ease of use and cloud availability. We can fully manage all variables, have fast access to the vtiger support desk and we can now truly manage our sales processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Learning curve for setting up the best forms and flows for our specific organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Vtiger is my absolute favorite CRM especially when it comes to integrating it with managing your ecommerce business. It's ease of use and low cost, along with the abundance of 3rd party integration's in my book makes it a no brainer when it comes to customer and inventory management for the SMB eCommerce business. I used it to manage my Zen Cart shopping cart and used a third party inventory management tool to manage over 2000 sku's and it was so easy to tie together that I did it all by myself without having to hire a developer. Also, I loved the customer support portal functionality; I did not need it for my projects but will be using it for an upcoming one and it is nice to know that it is included with no additional cost. I was using an older version but still would like an even more updated interface Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like working with VTiger , as it provides a lot of flexibility & customization.
I find it to be very helpful in managing customers, contacts, keeping record of the emails , tracking all the follow ups and all activities related to sales.
Its reports and automation process have helped in managing the entire sales force .
Even its customer support is Very good and very prompt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. if working on Campaigns, entering data is a lengthy process. Even filtering and customization in Campaign is not available.
2.There is no provision for not allowing the entry of duplicate entries
3.Creating and customizing Reports also have some limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
vTiger came to us as a strong foundational CRM with the ability to customize. If we could dream it, we could accomplish it. Initially we trained vTiger to read standard email formats and scrape data, and eventually migrated this to API usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How soon we were off the rails with our customizations that prevented scaling with new vtiger offerings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
*Always available, always fast
*Includes everything for one monthly price per user (calendar, leads, opportunities, contact, orgs, docs, mail, support tickets)
*Fast searches although somewhat unconventional UI for searches
*Very customizable and no loss of customized items after upgrades
*Data integrity
*Easy to add new users
*Excellent response to technical issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mail manager is very limited. The mail server settings are very limited, and don't support enough encryption protocols. Definitely needs work in this area. We use it only to send out minimal email that has to be tracked. This module needs a complete overhaul in my opinion.
The overall UI look is off. The color scheme, size of icons, the icon pictures themselves etc. Even though I do like this CRM, it does look a little bit dated and needs visual improvements.
The conversion of a lead to contact/org is problematic. My sales team who have a limited amount of computer knowledge couldn't handle it and had to sign up with another CRM for sales leads. Operationally though, I think Vtiger is very good. My sales people didn't love it.
Utter disaster of an Android app. It's useless. I was unhappy with the response I got from them. They basically gave me a "so what's your point" kind of answer when I complained. This was the only time I thought their support was inadequate. That still sticks out in my mind as a bad moment for Vtiger. Either have no app at all, or fix it. There are basically no features, it's just a few lists, inaccurate and ugly.
The calendar is good but also needs work. The Outlook synch feature needs some improvements. The to-do lists are confusing and don't work perfectly with the calendar.
The organizations module is good but needs to handle chains a little more gracefully. Everything is mashed together in organizations and maybe their should be a module dedicated to Chains. It would make a lot more sense that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The flexibilty of the software is great. Excellent customization. Dashboard are nice. Like reporting. Fast support. Price is good for the quality. Not very long to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not obvious at first sight to link data between modules. Needs some fine tunings with workflow to allow to link data between modules or at at least to make this more obvious if already the case (workflow do not seems very intuitive at first sight). Dashboard, are interesting but need possibility to drill-down. Minor things should be take into account to bring the software at excellent level. For instance, when modifying a report no option just to save it under the same name. Always need to save as another name and then erase previous and re-save with final name. Very small detail but annoying... Other example, I was not able to re-use a custom field of Serial Number from one module to Ticket module. User needs to enter again this number but the field produtct and Serial number already exist in another module. Systems seems not well developped to manager serial number product for service at first sight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
that is easy to learn and use, very useful tool for CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
should have more features, and add more particular feature for user Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had a hard time understanding the person from vtiger....couldn't understand a word they said and had kids in the back screaming......also they said they dont delete account if if you dont use it...they delete them....go for a legit crm company...not this one.....STAY AWAY Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
phone customer service, hard to implement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't enjoy using vTiger. We implemented it to work with vicidial only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After using SugarCRM, the community version of vTiger has been a challenge. There is a small, if not non-existent, community that uses the software and we have encountered too many incompatibilities with other platforms we would have liked to integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simple CRM that offers a number of features for a pretty low price. Also, the contract is month-to month, so you are not tied down to a contract and can export your data at any time .. very nice for people that don't exactly know what they are looking for with a CRM tool. You also get a lot of storage space (I believe 5 GB) up front, which is a lot more than most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to dislike so far .. just trying out for a small business and I don't have any complaints yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
