I really enjoy VTiger's modular and flexible design. It's very easy to customize for any situation. The workflows, API, custom modules and fields are invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some minor features that we've decided to use alternative platforms for. Their internal documentation system is not that strong. VTiger handles data and relationships extremely well but I wish that had a better internal documentation system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
