This has been the best CRM we’ve worked with. It is very easy to use and very adaptable to any lead generation. There are several functions that can be used to create and upgrade modules. You can essentially create modules from scratch with correlating workflows. Also, the technical support staff are great and we’ve had great experiences working with them via the LiveChat. There is nothing major I would say I dislike about this software. Most of the frustrations we’ve had have been from lack of experience using CRM and especially one that is so adaptable to our business.
