The platform incorporates a significant number of tools to start and optimize your e-commerce, such as payment gateways, promotions module, coupons, discounts, programming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Time to market implementations is definitely fast, not as they advertise, but fast compared to other platforms. Also, they do have a lot of functionality already built into the platform which is a big plus for small to medium companies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being a multi-tenant solution there's no customization you can do to the platform, therefore if you need a very specific functionality on your site you will need to hire very creative developers, very talented ones so they can find a way to get around VTEX core and get the functionality up and running Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very friendly check-out, allows the opportunity to install Api that help to better perform the tool, has a very efficient support center. I like that has everything on the box, very easy for developing a project. The stability of the servers and the support team. VTEX is a true e-commerce platform. In some cases the platform and its servers can become slow with load times. For some it could be a disadvantage to pay a monthly percentage for the use of the platform, but this value includes all the developments that are made in the platform, which by other means should be financed directly by the company, is a relationship win win. Another thing that I would like to improve in Vtex is the logistic part, so we could manage the orders not only by time in which costumers buy, but also by the which I should ship first (In case a costumer buy first but want his order later). That the indexing times are fast Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The operational process for loading products is not so intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great support and scalability in the stores, very good management of the orders made by customers, great store customization, even with VTEX IO you can manipulate the store's back-end, good documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

page load times are a bit slow, it takes a long time to render the changes made both in products and in the HTML templates, little customization in the payment section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

VTEX has solutions for practically everything we need in our online store: management of promotions, loyalty programs, pricing schedules. It is a highly customizable platform that adapts to any type of online store. In our experience as an agency, many stores have increased their sales just by migrating to this platform. The only two details I have been able to see and that are close to being resolved are the lack of scheduling for the banner and the slow indexing during high traffic hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Smartcheckout, total management of the design and layout of the site for both mobile and desktop, a great support team for the partner from Argentina. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just a detail: most of the educational information is not well translated from Portuguese to Spanish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the best that I can have my entire web store in one place, and I can configure it all in Vtex. Also, it is very easy to use, make a promotion, configure a product. I can have all the data of my costumers, and do a little CRM with Vtex. I thing Vtex is a very complete tool for any e-commerce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some thing that I can't delete, like the colections, the coupons and the promotions. Also, I speak spanish and english, and sometimes it a little dificult to understand what it say because it is in portuges. Another thing that I would like to improve in Vtex is the logistic part, so we could manage the orders not only by time in which costumers buy, but also by the which I should ship first (In case a costumer buy first but want his order later). In my opinion, Vtex is the evolution of e-commerce management. It possesses all the advantages that other platforms have developed and adds security and a better user experience by being flexible in design and having a very short and simple checkout, which increases conversion. The implementation of this platform leads to far fewer problems or complexities than other platforms present. VTEX is very user-friendly for the end user but also for the administrator and back office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For some, it might be a disadvantage to pay a monthly percentage for using the platform, but this amount includes all the developments made on the platform, which would otherwise have to be directly financed by the company. It's a win-win relationship. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very friendly check-out, allows the opportunity to install APIs that help improve the tool's performance, and has a very efficient support center. A platform that is migrating to Spanish, which is greatly appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
