Please reach out to our Vroozi Support team to help you create and transfer Excel sheets monthly to get the reports you need. With Vroozi Analytics, you can filter a report to get exactly what you need, and schedule it in an Excel (or other) format.

I would like to hear more on reusing the PR lines and setting up overarching agreements. There should be ways we can help with that - copy PRs, lists, uploads, APIs, etc. That would be a great topic to pick up for our Vroozi User Group so everyone gets the benefit or users can share their practices. I would also like to visit the reporting. That was a topic in our last Vroozi User Group meeting, where due to time running out, we just started to scratch the surface. I will plan that for the next meeting. It's important to have the data in a way that you quickly get the insights and formats for other processes when needed.

That's what digital procure-to-pay should deliver.

For the coding, I would love to work through those use cases. There could be some options to explore with spend on PO or machine learning.
