"Spend Management Platform - User Friendly"

What do you like best about Vroozi?

Its an application that is very strong in automation and effective for p2p process and accounts payables. I used to manage the company payable and spend management using Vroozi. It is fast in PO approval and also invoice approval.

What do you dislike about Vroozi?

It is user friendly but at the start it is difficult in setting up the software. It is also time consuming to learn the tabs and navigation get bit complicated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient three-way match software helps make process more streamlined for purchasing and receiving."

What do you like best about Vroozi?

The three-way match of invoices, good receipts, and PO is really nice after previously using a system where this wasn't automatic. The ability to code the items in our catalogs to their appropriate accouting coding is great to reduce incorrect coding or additional work on the accounting team to fix when it comes into the acocunting system. I enjoy the ability to set up different exception handling options based on percentage or dollar value for when the invoices are received. It is very easy to get into the tool each day and see what the status of invoices are and assign them to the teams to resolve and process invoices for posting. What do you dislike about Vroozi?

The reporting is a bit confusing. The software uses a status of "exception", but the reporting uses the status of "reconciliation". It doesn't make sense that there would be a difference between the two. Most of the issues we have run into post-go live we didn't run into when testing pre-go live. I wish there had been additional tests that mirrored go live using the vendors rather than manual invoices pushed through for testing. Additionally, I would've liked more support post-go live with the post-implementation team. While I have found the hypercare team to be helpful, the additional things we've identified post-go live could've been resolved pre-go live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vroozi solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have multiple clubs across multiple states so it was difficult for us to get accurate reporting of items received in club orders and whether we were paying for the right stuff in our invoices. The ability to have detailed purchase orders and requiring goods receipts for all orders has helped us to have more confidence that we are paying for all goods received. It is also helping to eliminate manual coding and review we were doing with our previous system. The products had incorrect coding or the employees could pick their coding, which was not always accurate. As such, we then had to manually review the coding for all purchases at the end of the month, which was burdensome on the Accounting team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vroozi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vroozi has been a game-changer for our organization. With its incredible OCR invoice processing, we have put all spend under management, including services, direct materials, and inventory management. By increasing spend under PO, we have significantly enhanced invoice automation and cash forecasting.

Vroozi enabled us to move to a new chart of accounts seamlessly, significantly reducing change management efforts while keeping our business running efficiently and effectively during our ERP transition to NetSuite. Despite delays in our NetSuite project, Vroozi connected effortlessly to bill.com, ensuring we could continue paying invoices without disruption. This saved our team countless hours! And throughout the NetSuite transition, Vroozi's support and customer success teams were pivotal in making that process as smooth as possible.

When we were down a FTE in our AP department, Vroozi enabled us to process invoices on time, which demonstrates the platform's reliability and efficiency. With Vroozi Intelligence, we have been able to increase invoice automation to 100% of our indirect spend across all our sites. The digital connection Vroozi provides with our mission-critical suppliers has been invaluable, automating invoice receipts and payables.

Overall, Vroozi has not only solved our existing problems but has also enabled us to achieve greater efficiency and control over all of our procurement activities. We highly recommend Vroozi to any organization looking to modernize and streamline their procure-to-pay process, and I am happy to be a resource for those evaluating Vroozi. One of the perks of Vroozi is the intuitive budget and workflow options but we also enjoy the benefits of the supplier portal which provides our partners with basic information on their invoice payments. The post-go-live support helpful, but it would be even more beneficial if the original project manager could continue supporting you for a longer period. "Outstanding Customer Service, especially during implementation"

What do you like best about Vroozi?

We have been working to get Vroozi going for about 4 months now, and I am truly impressed. From day one we felt supported, heard and all of our questions were answered. The implementation team, specifically Saad and his team, have been very helpful, going above and beyond (we are past our implementation time period and he is still helping us daily) to make sure that we have a great experience from and admin to end user perspective.

We are only a few weeks into the live version of Vroozi, so my biggest complement is ease of use for our end users. The training that was provided for us has made a big difference, and most of our end users have picked up the software very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vroozi?

Implementation was a long process, specifically when it comes to adding our outside vendors.

I think allowing the searches to flow alphabetically would increase ease of use.

I think the whole process would have gone better, if we had an inperson Implementation and Blueprinting session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vroozi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously we had no way of 3-way-matching, Vroozi has helped us to decrease spend when we don't need to. In our last software, there was very little reporting available, we were unaware of what locations were spending and how they were using their budgets. "VROOZI, It is a good system, fairly user friendly."

What do you like best about Vroozi?

I like the ability to Manage the PO process with my back up having access to my PO's for receipts and amendments. I like the ability to Manage the GL codes to accurately ensure expense under correct accounting codes. Recently we were shown how to attach a copy of the invoice to the receipt. this will start to save more emails and time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vroozi?

The accounting team will send me emails for PO's I have not even received yet. This can spam un needed emails to address. The accounting team will spam me with emal requests on Invoices, I already sent them copies of asking for them to match the PO to the receipt ID. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helping our Business Scale"

What do you like best about Vroozi?

For us the recieving is something we've been looking for us that was something that was inportant as we looked for procurment software to help scale our business. We ike the punchout feature for some of our vendors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vroozi?

It seems like there are some cumbersome ways to close out some items like disputes, but we are also still learning. We also wish there was a way to have a user that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Vroozi Beneficial Punchout System"

What do you like best about Vroozi?

The best quality vroozi has is the catalog punchout system. They're numerous catalogs that we use as a company so it's convinent to have a place where we can easily have access to our supplier vendors. Our system is also connected to our vendors so not only are they familar with our system we can communicate effeciently because of this.
