I've seen companies spend tens of thousands of dollars on external pen tests that come up clean and amount to nothing more than a n-map scan. vPentest's platform is easy to manage, affordable for the customer and service provider and has a great interface. If you know hyper-v and linux it'll be super easy to spin up an easy to mange windows machine that runs the pen test. We use this service monthly and it has saved hundreds of hours of my time. vPenTest by Vonahi has been a great asset to my organization. It was so easy to get off the ground, easy to use and automate, and the knowledge it brings to me and my team helps ensure we're secure.
We use it at a regular interval via scheduled assessments or spin up a one-off when we make a big change to our infrastructure. The delay of results for assessments seems unnecessary for short term/less important Tests. I wish I could still review a simple report the day the test concludes, even if the report may be inaccurate.

My 3 favorite features of Vonahi are the detailed deliverables that can be further investigated, very specific control over scanned IPs, and the ability to schedule scans so far into the future. My gripes about the product are as follows. I wish there was more human interaction to confirm findings or describe them. It would be nice to have a dedicated account manager to ask directly. The test itself was very easy to run. Externally, it's really just a website to enter what IPs to test.
The internal one required some setup, but the documentation was very good and very easy to follow.

* That's it not yet in multi-language form. We're from The Netherlands, so Dutch would be a great add-on!
* Also, demo-testing with only 1 device is kinda hard. It would be great if the scan itself would be company wide without additional fees.
* Setting up a device that scans takes a lot of time, so a click-to-run image would be great.
* And final: GPDR. It's not yet compliant for Europe, something we need for it to be an official product. All data needs to run through - for example - Frankfurt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
