**What do you like best about Voyado?**

The Voyado team have been great all the way from scoping, integration to the continued day-to-day relationship we have with our CSM and Account manager. Their support team are also very fast at responding when you have an issue or query. The implementation and various integrations was extremely well project managed by the onboarding team. 

As a whole the platform is easy to use. Building emails is quick and simple. Setting up segmentations and automations has been easy - especially with the guidance of the Voyado team who are very approachable.

Bi-weekly meetings are productive and you feel the Voyado are really invested in the sucess of your business. Sharing the voyado roadmap is helpful with future planning and being able to submit change requests/ view other clients change requests and up or down vote what would be useful to you is also beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Voyado?**

There are some improvements to be made with the in-platform reporting but I believe this is high on Voyado's list of priorities for changes this year.

Send time optimisation would be good - taking into account customers local time zone where possible.

Quick and easy BAU marketing emails
Ease of A/B testing - with our previous ESP this was very manual
Loyalty scheme implementation with their built in functionality
Easier email personalisation

Well, the overall experience was great but I feel speed can be improved. Also once the automated is publish it's very difficult to modify.

The machine learning applied to search listings has proven increased conversion. Merchandising strategy is easily adjust based on business goals, as well as the platform being quite extensible to integrate with specific product taxonomy and product catalogue structure.
On the front end the visual presentation of the product adheres to best practices, utilising proven UX and UI guidelines to drive click through and conversion.

**What do you dislike about Voyado?**

Although the product is highly customisable in terms of functionality, the look and feel is somewhat restricted, mostly as it adheres to best practices, which means it’s not as flexible for providing a bespoke presentation.

**What problems is Voyado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A more intelligent site search solution that provides more relevant search results, which are auto merchandised based on real transactional data. This leads to an increase in conversion and time saving versus manual control of these site features.

the ability to customize is KEY! behavioral data in real time behavior and sales history is so cool! I love the fact that i can tailor to customers every singe time using only ONE interface! it is fast and simple to use!

I have yet to find anything that I do not like. If I had to pick anything, i would say maybe a better tutorial on how-to get started?!

You have to try this product out for yourself! I recommend finding your own needs then contacting a sales rep and go from there!

I was trying to manage using multiple interfaces which got complicated really fast. I also realized that having REAL TIME data was way more beneficial and sales were doing better!

wish we can preview all agreement documents instead of downloading

**What do you like best about Voyado?**

The product was a breeze to integrate into our e-commerce site. However our company has very few commerce items and from those items while our revenue is high, it could be better. 

Apptus definitely works for a more straight-forward ecomm site such as clothes, and goods. Being in the appliance sector it's somewhat limiting on how to engage consumers with such an intricate and smart tool.

There isn't anything I truly dislike, we are still in the process of implementing the product to it's full use and are gaining studies with the interim setup we have in place.

To up-sell and cross-sell appliance accessories to our consumers.

Apptus esales is easy to use and user friendly.
Navigation is very simple.
My IT project, dev, support and QA teams are also very happy with this application as their change management process has reduced lot.
Management is also very happy as reports and dashboards are so cool and easy to present to executives.
In addition to that one can schedule dashboards and report to stream live data right into your inbox.

Too bright color screen however, we may able to change it.

Apptus tool is easy pretty smooth and the best friend of sales rep.
