**What do you like best about Voyado?**

I like how well Voyado unifies our entire B2B customer data into one smooth, usable system. It gives us a real 360° customer view that lets us truly understand our German B2B clients. I also really appreciate its strong automation and ease of use for marketing campaigns. We can set up personalized workflows, restock reminders, and loyalty triggers quickly without needing heavy IT support, which saves our team enormous time every week. The integration capabilities with our existing systems make it easy to scale efficiently without heavy manual work, which has been extremely valuable for our team.

**What do you dislike about Voyado?**

One area where Voyado still has room for improvement is in its onboarding and initial configuration, especially for B2B use cases in Germany. While the platform is powerful, it takes more time than expected to fully set up and align with our existing ERP and industry-specific workflows. Some settings feel more designed for B2C retail, so we had to adapt them manually for our B2B structure.

**What do you like best about Voyado?**

The best thing about Voyado is that it is specifically designed for the retail sector. It is a brilliant combination of 'Engage' and 'Elevate', functioning as a hub for CRM and marketing automation. Together, Voyado Engage and Voyado Elevate make the customer experience very personalized and easy to use. Its interface is intuitive and user-friendly, so the marketing team does not feel the lack of technical knowledge for complex tasks. I have greatly benefited from the hyper-personalization feature, which is not limited to just names but provides the right offer to customers at the right time. With an omnichannel experience, it gives brands a 360-degree view of customers. It is capable of creating emotional engagement for loyalty, not just discounts. What I like most is its AI-driven capability, which not only stores data but also turns it into 'action'.

**What do you dislike about Voyado?**

Voyado is a very powerful retail-focused CRM and loyalty platform, but like any software, it also has some weak aspects that can be improved. Here are some key areas where challenges have been observed: There is a lack of granular data and deep analysis in reporting and advanced analytics, which makes it dependent on external tools. Technical complexity and setup often require technical knowledge or developers. The native push notification feature is limited or requires third-party plugins. The API and documentation can be made easier to navigate. There are slight delays or technical hurdles in real-time data transfer in data syncing.

**What do you like best about Voyado?**

I really like that the support team for Voyado is very good and responsive. There's almost no downtime compared to other third-party services, which is important for maintaining a smooth operation. The overall API performance is good, and that's crucial for us since my client is a reputable ecommerce store. It helps ensure that customer experience is top-notch with fast request handling. The initial setup of Voyado was straightforward, with major parts being well documented.

**What do you dislike about Voyado?**

The API documentation could use some improvement and updates. It's not always easy to find what you're looking for. We had a situation where we were looking for some response structure to do mapping in the code on our side, and the property names were slightly different. It was later clarified by support that we were using a different points system, and that's why it was different in the documentation. The system we use was not documented (or wasn't documented at the time).

**What do you like best about Voyado?**

After working with Voyado for several years, I truly appreciate their user-friendly platform. It empowers marketers to be just that – marketers – without needing to rely on coding or development skills. Voyado provides a unified solution for customer data and communication, offering innovative tools that make it easy to create meaningful and personalized customer experiences.

**What do you dislike about Voyado?**

The only downside concerns the platform's current limited capabilities for advanced analysis. However, Voyado is transparent about this and offers plug-ins for customers who require such features. Another limitation is that Voyado currently doesn’t support sending push notifications natively. To enable this, an external partner is required, which adds some complexity to the setup and daily operations.

If you need a flexible tool for digital communication, go for it!

Voyado has propelled us to the next level in our customer communication. I really appreciate how intuitive Voyado is, which simplifies the process of creating segments for our campaigns. The product development efforts by Voyado also stand out to me, especially with the introduction of the new email designer. This feature has been highly anticipated as it now allows me to create and move my own modules easily, significantly enhancing my workflow. Additionally, the seamless integration of Voyado with Situu in the store is another aspect I find valuable, as it works well together in our operations. Moreover, the transition from Klaviyo to Voyado provided us the unique opportunity to work with loyalty points and the store system, adding a great benefit to our business strategy.

**What do you dislike about Voyado?**

I find it frustrating that when creating an abandoned browse flow using the email designer or module builder, I need to involve a Voyado developer to develop the module for me, which is a bit annoying. Additionally, the initial setup of Voyado was slow, as I expected a quicker onboarding process for the program and simpler flows.

t’s a smooth and efficient way to run a membership club, where we can easily collect a lot of information from our members and then communicate with them through newsletters.

Voyado has a rather poor reporting structure, which means you have to do a lot of the work yourself.
They also change their pricing model far too often and can come across as greedy in their attempts to raise prices through add-on services, while the development of what you actually pay for is quite limited.

**What do you like best about Voyado?**

It's extremely user friendly, with very powerful CDP features for companies with big digital presence that need the dots of the customer journey connected. I use it every day for 80% of my tasks and I'm very happy with the support that I get from the Voyado teams. Also, the migration to Voyado was quite smooth, with a big team of experts that led me and my team every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Voyado?**

The available reporting is either very granular or very top-level. I'm personally missing something in between within the Voyado environment, which is currently in my disposal on the company's BI tool. Also, the platform is now starting integrating with a variety of tools and other platforms but luckily, the pace is high and the integration is going smoothly

**What problems is Voyado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me the tools and features I need to have full control of my database, execute segmentations and A/B testing in the simplest way possible, understand the financial impact of a newsletter beyond the last-click attribution model and helps me build email automations easily by using AI. Last but not least, once a website user is identified, Voyado captures their products of interest, besides the usual abandoned browse and cart triggers, giving one more segmentable data to build the most relevant content.

**What do you like best about Voyado?**

What I like the most about Voyado is how simple and smooth it is to work with. It’s a platform I felt comfortable using early on, and it really supports me in my day-to-day tasks. I use voyado daily in my role,  mostly to build automated customer journeys or creating segmented campaigns. Voyado is actually the first CRM platform I’ve worked with since stepping into my new role within CRM and I’m really grateful that the interface is so intuitive and easy to use. CRM as a field can be quite complex, so having a tool that feels accessible and straightforward has made a huge difference for me. It allowed me to get up to speed quickly and focus on strategy rather than struggling with tech.
I also have to say the support team deserves a big shout out! They’re always super friendly and quick to help whenever I reach out for guidance, which makes a big difference.

We’ve implemented a few integrations and custom solutions, and I really appreciate how responsive and open Voyado has been to our needs. They’ve been willing to listen and adapt in order to help us create the best possible setup, all with the goal of delivering a world-class customer experience. That kind of partnership makes a big difference in how valuable the platform becomes for us in the long run.

**What do you dislike about Voyado?**

I wouldn’t say I dislike anything strongly, but there are definitely a few things I’d love to see improved. The reporting feels a bit limited at times. It doesn’t always allow for the filtering or deep dives we need, so we’ve ended up pushing the data to another tool to get the full picture. Also, I’m really looking forward to the new editor for newsletters,  being able to make changes to our templates ourselves will make things much easier and more flexible for us.

Before we started using Voyado, we didn’t have any automated customer journeys or win-back flows in place. Since then, it has helped us take a big step forward in creating more personalized, relevant communication with our customers  which is essential in today’s landscape.
Voyado allows us to work much more datadriven. We’re now able to collect and act on valuable customer insights, such as behavior and preferences, which helps us make smarter decisions and continuously improve our CRM strategies.
It also plays a key role in helping us communicate more efficiently in a way that feels meaningful and tailored to each customer.
With Voyado, we are able to strengthen our customer loyalty and reduce churn by building lasting relationships and crafting a world-class customer journey that truly reflects and enhances our brand.

What I like best about Voyado is how easy it is to use, even for people who don’t have a technical background. The segmentation and automation features make it simple to create campaigns that actually feel personalized without spending hours on manual work.

The initial setup required more effort than expected because we had to align everything with our existing data. Once we got through that stage, the platform became much smoother to use, but I still wish there were more built-in integrations with other tools.

Automation functions very well in campaigns spanning email, SMS, and social media, utilizing dynamic content and behavioral triggers. The automation, which is based on customer actions, preferences, and lifecycle stages, is a feature that every marketing and sales professional should have. There is also a loyalty component, which is a positive addition. The platform includes AI features as well.

The pricing can be a bit complicated, and unfortunately, there isn't a free version available. While the user interface is straightforward for simple tasks, it does require quite a bit of reading to fully take advantage of all its features.

Voyado Elevate 4 offers a robust and intelligent platform for product discovery and personalization. Its search and recommendation engines deliver highly relevant results, improving both user experience and conversion. The system’s API integration is well-designed, making it straightforward to implement and maintain across different environments.

**What do you dislike about Voyado?**

However, one area that could be enhanced is the Landing Page API. While it efficiently supports category-based landing pages, it currently lacks flexibility for more advanced use cases. In our setup, we need to filter products dynamically based on customer assortment, but the Landing Page API does not accept POST bodies after creation from API, which prevents applying such runtime filters. Expanding its functionality to allow dynamic filtering would significantly increase its versatility for complex e-commerce scenarios.

Voyado is very user-friendly and easy to get started with. The platform offers a wide range of features that cover many CRM and marketing needs. I really appreciate that they continuously improve the product by adding new functionality. Customer support is responsive and helpful, and there are many integrations available that make it easy to connect Voyado with other systems we use. Implementation is well documented and they offer good support to integrate with our systems.

There’s not much to dislike, but sometimes the sheer amount of functionality can make it a bit overwhelming to explore everything. I have used systems that has more powerful/customizeable recommendation engines.

We use the Elevate product from Voyado for both search and recommendations. It has proven to be a very good solution, and we are highly satisfied with it so far. Customer support is really good. Very easy to use. 
Integration with API is very easy, do not see any complication yet

The admin portal could use a few minor improvements, but overall, everything seems good so far.

The best thing about Voyado is how easy it is to use, that there are good contact persons, and that there is a lot to build with in the tool.

Too few options for statistical reporting.

A more advanced editor that gives us more freedom in the design of our emails. Easier handling of Onsite messages. Being able to set up both simple and more complex automations and personalize mailings based on purchases, dates, items, countries, etc.

Lack of cart abandonment data, for a retail focused platform I would expect more cart abandonment data to be available. Also the email builder feels archaic.

We're able to create tailored journeys through the in-depth segmentation features available, by having custom fields we are able to collect specific data to target these flows.

The user-friendly interface, great and fast support, ease of integration. The team at Voyado is always helpful and professional.

We are fully onboarded on all three products in the Voyado suite but do not receive any financial benefits from this. Voyado is generally quite expensive.
It's still clear that Voyado has not yet fully completed the merger with Apptus and ReDeal, both in terms of company and technical structure.
Limited support for multimarket operations.

Our customer club provides loyalty benefits like bonus points on purchases and vouchers. Loyal customers are crucial to our business, so it's essential that we can communicate with them easily and quickly, something Voyado enables effectively.

Voyado’s AI-driven e-commerce merchandising enhances product findability on our site and helps us leverage customer segments to personalize the shopping experience. Since our products require explanation and storytelling to drive purchases, staying relevant in our communication and product recommendation is key.

Only thing I would prefer is a bulk system for the "notify-me" automations. Today all sign-ups are notified independent of stock arrived.

We work extensively with this system, and it’s incredibly easy to use. Extracting data is simple, and understanding how to utilize the various tools in the program is straightforward. It's also easy to apply externally. The platform offers great guides that help you learn how to manage different aspects, along with excellent, educational webinars. The support team is quick to respond when you have questions, and the implementation process is smooth, with a dedicated team assisting you all the way until everything is fully set up.

I would like to be able to create custom reports in the system. Currently, only pre-made reports are available, but they work well for exporting.

**What do you like best about Voyado?**

As we use both Engage and Elevate, we’ve found Voyado to be the perfect tool to create great and seamless customer experiences. Having the opportunity to get real-time customer data to create personalized automations, whether it's triggering relevant communication based on certain events or behavior on site. Especially like the intuitive UI of both platforms, and find it really easy to set up new campaigns, marketing automations, get insights and reports and much more.

We've used Voyado since 2021 and we know we can always rely on getting our campaigns delivered – even during peak periods like Black Friday. Elevate has optimized our merchandising with an algohritm that fixed our issue with having to manually sort products and ca also be customized for certain audiences when needed, enabling more relevant recommendations for our customers. 

Also what we feel is special about Voyado is its receptiveness to our feedback and the customer service. There's always great and fast service from the team when we're setting up new features or integrations and we’ve also seen our suggestions shape new features and their roadmap.

Not being able to personalize content like images, text, blocks etc. on-site by using our segments/target audiences from Engage

Voyado has helped for my e-commerce store for using a product discovery engine. I also like that the application and options for send out generalized e-mail campaigns according to customer’s actions.

The last one to diminish value is one that I find too general, or as we can term it, lacking granularity. I can not go further into details of recommendation of specific products and am unable to analyse the conversion of micro level tatics and customer segments.

Voyado tackles two of my biggest problems: customer interactions and influence purchase decisions. They augment the shopping journey and increase sales by using AI to analyze my shopping intent and suggest the correct products.

It is very easy to use and still very powerful. It is incredible bundle of powerful functions and tools within Voyado Engage. Creating automations, integrations with POS, dataexport for analysis, segmentation tools, a lot of AI-smartness and still simple thing as any to create a simple wonderfull email sendout.
Amazing support, very skilled personel and they are superfast!

Reports. There ARE some good reports though and I understand reporting is something Voado looks to improve. Still today I need to extract data and create my own reports, datamining and analysis in other enviroments. 
The data extractions is extremely rich including all data you need in a straight forward structure.
To be fair, have yet not seen a CRM, MA or CDP with super good native reports.

Also, salestracking based on control groups over a period of time (a campaign).

Voyado is a great platform, both for email marketing and for loyalty. With dedicated account managers and Sucess managers, as well as a smart platform, Voyado has been a helpful tool in reaching our goals. It's easy to use and has a great layout. The online courses are a great way to learn new features, as well as get some insight in best practices. I have used Voyado daily for about two years, and I am very satisfied with the whole platform. The launch of new features are always relevant and helpful when it comes to developing new features for our customers and Loyalty members.

**What do you dislike about Voyado?**

The support can sometines be a little slow with replies, whihc can delay some processes when it comes to setting up new automations or using new features. They always manage to help, however. For someone who's not invested in the back-end part of implementations and intregration, it can sometimes be a little hard to understand. But the support and our success manager has always been of great help!

Voyado is a super fast and user-friendly product. Compared to other slow, clunky ESPs i've worked with in the past, Voyado feels miles ahead in terms of its capabilities and user experience.

**What do you dislike about Voyado?**

There's not much to dislike about the platform but the email builder section could be more lenient by introducing more editabile/build access for the client e.g. the ability to edit HTML.

**What problems is Voyado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Voyado has a very clean data structure which has helped our business to organise customer data and report on it in a way we struggled with using alternative ESPs. The segment builder and reporting functionalities pull data speedily and effieciently so we can solve any questions from the business within a short time. This has also helped us to revisit our BAU and automated email strateies.

**What do you like best about Voyado?**

The Voyado team have been great all the way from scoping, integration to the continued day-to-day relationship we have with our CSM and Account manager. Their support team are also very fast at responding when you have an issue or query. The implementation and various integrations was extremely well project managed by the onboarding team. 

As a whole the platform is easy to use. Building emails is quick and simple. Setting up segmentations and automations has been easy - especially with the guidance of the Voyado team who are very approachable.

Bi-weekly meetings are productive and you feel the Voyado are really invested in the sucess of your business. Sharing the voyado roadmap is helpful with future planning and being able to submit change requests/ view other clients change requests and up or down vote what would be useful to you is also beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Voyado?**

There are some improvements to be made with the in-platform reporting but I believe this is high on Voyado's list of priorities for changes this year.

Send time optimisation would be good - taking into account customers local time zone where possible.

Quick and easy BAU marketing emails
Ease of A/B testing - with our previous ESP this was very manual
