What is Voxler?

Voxler® is officially retired. Voxler may be purchased, but it is sold on an as-is basis and will not receive updates, fixes, or new features. Golden Software will continue to provide technical support to the best of their abilities. The features in Voxler are being added to our 2D & 3D mapping, modeling, and analysis software application, Surfer. Check out the free Surfer trial https://www.goldensoftware.com/products/surfer/trial Voxler® is a powerful 3D modeling software package. Voxler takes raw, complex data and models it in a rich, interactive 3D visual environment. Display a wide range of data including geological, surface, point cloud, and well data. Voxler is used extensively by geologists, environmental scientists, project stakeholders, GIS analysts, educators, and many others across the globe.

Product Description

What do you like best about Voxler?

What do you dislike about Voxler?

There is no possibility for custom math functions and the existing toolset is rather limited. E.g. Calculation of custom quantile values other than the prefabricated Q1, Q2 and Q3 are not possible as for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Voxler:

Its great to try new methods out because of its ease of use. Also it is a very good tool to use with less trained personell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great and relatively inexpensive software for soil and groundwater contamination modelling and volume calculations. Potential problems are - harder to use than Surfer (need for longer training) and export data for clients using additional (and expensive) software - i.e. PDF3D.
