What do you like best about Voxie?

At Inspire Foundation, our mission is to ignite and nourish change in our communities. It means the world to us when partners share the same goals. Voxie went above and beyone by providing their services for free to support a recent fundraising event. Their work helped us reach more people and drive engagement.

Voxie's stands apart from so many others b/c they combine their commitment to professional excellence with their commitment to give back. Their team is responsive above expectation in customer support, thoughtful in the way they integrate into "our world" and solutio-oriented from implementation through integration. Their platform was easy to use and a great solution for amplifying our message in a way that we could not have done without their partnership.

What do you like best about Voxie?

Leading procurement for our technology teams, I have seen firsthand how critical it is to choose the right partners. After working with a large and established legacy providor for years, we made the decision to switch to Voxie, and it has been one of the best decisions we have made for our franchisees.

What do you like best about Voxie?

Have consulted with several franchise brands who implimented Voxie and the feedback is tremendous. They work well for Home Service, Commercial Service, Food and Beverage, as well as personal services and much more. They have a "Franchise HUB" that is the best designed franchise ready texting solution ive come across. Other things I like about them: Modern, easy to use tech, great team, and high quality support to make franchise operators happy and make the franchisor look good to their operators as well. What do you like best about Voxie?

As Director of Events and Brand at Intown Golf Club, Voxie has been vital in keeping our members updated on events and announcements. It's incredibly easy to use and makes communication seamless.

The Success team is outstanding - always helpful and productive. Voxie has definitley improved our member engagement and enhanced the club experience. Highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voxie?

The only downside is that we're not yet setup to automatically update our member database information with our other systems, so i have to always manually import phone numbers to keep the lists current - but hopefully that will change once we upgrade on the non-Voxie side of things. What do you like best about Voxie?

They do a great job at increasing repeat customers and ultimately driving top of funnel revenue. Francise brands are constatly looking for that competitve edge and Voxie hlepes unlock that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Voxie?

Voxie allows us to send both Marketing and Sales (1:1) messages in a single platform that syncs back to SalesForce. The Marketing team can send 1:1 messages from our sales reps at scale, and have replies directed to each rep. This enables them to respond to individual messages, all while staying compliant with opt-in mangement across multiple 'teams' using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Voxie?

When we were shopping for a replacement for Zipwhips, Ted with Voxie did an excellent job listening to our agencies specific needs and putting together a package that our agency can grow with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voxie?

I wish you could paste an image in the field to add it to the text. We like to take screendhots from the computer to send ID cards, and receipts. We cannot attach our screenshots to Voxie. We get an error message. I have spoken with their chat about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
