Voxie Pros and Cons

Our program works with teenagers and Voxie is really helpful in being able to communicate with them and their parents. It is a relatively easy tool to use to share information with them. Voxie also seems to listen to customer feedback and adjusts it's product accordingly which is really nice. The customer service has been great, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It seems like there still isn't an app for Android phones. We just were able to get the app for our staff with iPhones which will be extremely helpful. We also noticed that we can't mark message as "unread" via the current app which would be nice since we have several people utilizing it. We switched to Voxie from ZipWhip. The transfer was seamless and the training was great. Customer service is fast and efficient with response. Some execution of the features are a bit confusing. Once you do a deeper dive into it, it seems to make sense, but I wish it was a bit easier or faster to be able to jump into the medium to advanced features.
