**What do you like best about Voxie?**

Voxie support provides fast, reliable support.  The support staff is friendly, professional, and make communications easy.  Resolution time is typically same day.

**What do you dislike about Voxie?**

At this point, I do not have any dislikes regarding Voxie products or support.

**What problems is Voxie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Voxie has been very responsive for requests of customized templates for mass SMS marketing.  They have also made it very simple to transfer ownership of accounts of resigned employees to active employees.

**What do you like best about Voxie?**

I like that we can engage with our customers in a timely manner and in a way that feels authentic and not "bot-like". Customers can text us via our website or Instagram and recive a tailored response in a matter of seconds. I also like that the message hub provides a holistic view of all conversations (new and closed) and allows you to assign contacts based on staff availability.

**What do you dislike about Voxie?**

The inability to send photos without running them through a 3-rd party app that makes the photo size smaller. Voxie continues to make updates and enhancements that only make their product even better, so I'm sure as soon as they can, this will be simpler.  : )

**What problems is Voxie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Voxie is helping us enhance our customer's experience by answering any questions they may have throughout various stages in their customer journey with us.  Voxie allows my team and I to focus on other parts of the business without compromising on the experience our customers have with us.

Voxie is an excellent marketing platform to send text messages to your clients, this platform allows you to increase your work performance, increase sales and create a better experience with your clients, Voxie allows you to personalize your messages, you can also create marketing through Emails, this software allows your business to grow economically, since it allows you to communicate with your clients and even obtain new clients through live messages, with good artificial technology.

**What do you dislike about Voxie?**

Nothing that displeases me until then, it is incredible to be able to better communicate with all your customers efficiently through real-time messaging, which increases your sales and has exceptional third-party integrations such as Salesforce, Clover, among others.

It is an excellent messaging platform, it is ideal for any type of company, the most important thing is that it helps you obtain new customers and you can make automated responses.

Voxie is undoubtedly one of the best tools to be able to connect with your potential customers, it is an excellent conversational artificial intelligence tool, without a doubt it is one of the best marketing tools through text messages. Voxie allows you to conduct surveys and comments, and has an extremely intuitive interface and which can be customized in your own way, it has excellent third-party integrations and integrations with social networks, and the way of communicating is exceptional since you can send a message individually or group.

**What do you dislike about Voxie?**

I have been implementing it and it is an excellent tool to manage your campaigns, clients and all communication, it is difficult to find something that I dislike, it has an excellent programming of your campaigns, being able to create labeling and send messages en masse.

I recommend it to be able to communicate with all your potential clients, create fluid communication and manage all the marketing in your messages, your contacts, the campaigns and a follow-up of all your participants.

It has helped me to get better communication with my potential clients through conversational artificial intelligence, I can send group messages or individually, and from a distance it is not a problem to be able to do business or close a deal.

With this conversational artificial intelligence tool I can attract more customers, which each time generates very high income, unlike other marketing channels, allows me to maximize engagement with my potential customers with highly personalized messages that inspire engagement and generate purchases. very often. It has also allowed me to generate income through activated emails, and helps me create my campaigns much more creative and effective to provide excellent results.

There is nothing that I dislike about Voxie, since with this tool I have been able to obtain a much faster growth, interacting with all the people and potential clients in a much more efficient way and in real time, and it has excellent integrations such as Salesforce, shopify, among others.

The communication between the Voxie team members and our staff members is top-notch. Communication is consistent and always in a timely manner. The team members answer any question with detail and they put in every effort to help our partnership thrive. We are enjoying using the app to communicate with customers in a more personal way and the Voxie team has made the entire process easy and seamless.

It would be helpful if you could see a list of new notifications for all stores in one place. Instead of having to toggle between stores to see each individual store's messages, new messages for all stores could be seen in one place/at one time.

It helps us with having a direct way to communicate with customers. By using Voxie, we are able to communicate and answer questions and talk with our customers in a fast, personal way.

Awesome AI interactions with our customers coupled with a top-notch marketing and data team from Voxie have improved our AOV, ROI, and repeat purchases more than we could have ever imagined. Voxie is the new "top of mind awareness" marketing method. 
The amazing and creative Voxie team guides us in crafting the best text messages to send to our customers for the best interaction and click-through rate, leading to more and better purchases. They even suggest successful campaigns that we never considered. Voxie's superior tech lets us use conversational AI to help talk with our massive customerm base and avoid repetitive common responses that would normally take minutes by phone or online to answer. Now, our team can focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth. The Voxie platform has quickly shown to outperform our massive and successful email campaigns, old text messages that didn't allow for conversation, and even Google ads. We've dropped our old leading text marketing company that limited us to a simple MMS message with no interaction and no guidance from the company. 
From the beginning, the Voxie team has been patient, helpful, and creative - even helping us solve data mapping issues from our outdated POS system to get the best and segmented lists of customers. **What do you dislike about Voxie?**

We have truthfully had no downsides to date. The Voxie team has been so responsive to our questions, helpful, and patient with us as we switched platforms. Their guidance has been fantastic. I truly cannot think of any negatives. When we ran into an internal issue of having people at each of our locations in 10 states to chat with customers due to labor shortages, Voxie quickly created a method for us to centralize these conversations. We are looking forward to increasing our use of Voxie and adding more and more customers to the platform and segmenting our lists to create even more targeted marketing - which is on the way!

**What problems is Voxie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have hundreds of thousands of customers across 10 states; however, despite big marketing efforts and huge email campaigns, the average customer only purchases 2.7 times per year. Voxie is helping us increase our repeat purchase rate, AOV, and getting a much better opening rate to stay on the top of our customers' minds than any other marketing efforts we've used. Open and click rates and purchases using Voxie are massively better than any other method we are using.

**What do you like best about Voxie?**

Voxie moves the needle on revenue greater than any marketing service we've ever used.  It translates into real dollars that other services only vaguely attempt to provide.  As compared to other marketing mediums like email, Voxie's two-way texting allows us to increase deliverability and improve the relationships with have with our customers.  The images we are able to share in addition to simple text are consistently applauded by our customers as enticing and engaging.  Many times, our customers think it is one of us texting them directly.

**What do you dislike about Voxie?**

It can take time to really learn the platform.  That said, once you've got it, you've got it.

It turns what used to be an annoying marketing medium into a relationship-building service for you and your customers.

Revenue generation.  Our restaurant group pivoted to e-commerce during the pandemic and Voxie turned the hundreds of thousands of phone numbers in our CRM into our most valuable marketing channel and a lifeline for our business during a challenging time.

It's super easy to navigate. We can look up customers, add them, message them.  The team is excellent at modifying or adding text messages. We get detailed analytics.  Customers come into the store based on the texts they receive.

When we get a lot of responses at once, it is challenging to keep up.  It is challenging to find unread text responses from customers.

It's the easiest way to tell customers about a sale directly. The benefit is customers come into the store after getting the text.

I love the functionality of the AI when interacting with our customers. It really made things seamless. Their links via open API to our ERP really helped our internal communication with our outside representatives.

At first I didn't enjoy the dashboard and its functionality but our representative made sure to incorporate useful information to better adapt our workflows.

I like that we can communicate with a large number of people at one time. Voxie takes our specials and comes up with great language to be used in the texts to our customers.

The downside to Voxie is that a lot of businesses are using texts to communicate, but thankfully Voxie is always finding ways to make it better for their clients.

**What problems is Voxie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have realized that on the days that we send texts, we have more customers come into the store. Voxie also allows customers to text back and ask any question they may have without placing a phone call. Currently, we are working with the Voxie team to utilize Voxie as a way to grow our customer base.

What I like the best is how easy it is for my team to communicate with our guests about special promotions, appointments, and new services we offer. Guests in return are able to respond back easily and quickly for any questions they have. We have been so happy and can't imagine not having Voxie!

The problem that Voxie is helping us solve is the ability to communicate with our guests in a new medium that most people prefer to communicate in these days. Most people prefer text nowadays instead of emails since people get so many emails.

The requirement of signing a year contract prior to using the product but we were able to go through a beta period with a cancellation clause so that helped. We also would prefer a flat fee pricing structure. Last dislike the fact that you can only load one picture at a time.

Ensuring that our VIP customers are texted on a continuous basis whether the stylists are initiating or not. We realized how much our customers do want to interact with us and love us sending recommendations via text message

**What do you like best about Voxie?**

Voxie has made a HUGE impact on my business. The automations within the tool allow me to follow up with my customers, ask questions and source answers without all the manual work on my part. Best part - it's conversational and seamless - my customers feel like they're just texting with a friend. Huge win for me and my small business! The customer service team has been extremely helpful. They listen to my problems and come up with real, ROI-driven solutions. I bought this tool thinking I would just use it for reminders, but it has impact my sales dramatically and made me appear like a better, more organized business owner, too.

**What do you dislike about Voxie?**

There was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning as I'd never created conversations via texting with automations included. The Voxie team was a HUGE help here and set aside an hour for strategizing with my team and me. They helped me pull off all my ideas (and came up with a ton of their own!)

**Recommendations to others considering Voxie:**

Highly, highly recommend Voxie to other businesses. Make sure to talk with their partnership team to see how you can best bring the Voxie automations to life for your business - there are SO many amazing automation options, allowing you to engage in conversations with your customers via text. The customer service team is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the best ways to use the tool & reach your customers in a two-way conversation. They feel and act like an extension of my team!

**What problems is Voxie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The sales follow-ups that I would normally have to do manually and via multiple different channels are done automatically based on the actions my leads take or don't take, with little to no involvement from me or my team. I don't have to think about it - the follow ups are done and I've been able to 3X our new prospect conversion rate! I've been able to also drive my repeat purchase rates up dramatically by better following up and by meeting my customers where they are. Hands down one of the best tools I've used for customer service and marketing!

The Voxie team is amazing. They learned our business quickly and realized what our needs were. They have always been available and quick to address any questions that my team has.

**What do you dislike about Voxie?**

The only thing I can think of is the lack of mobile capabilities.

We now have a platform on our website where we can communicate with leads via text messaging, capture leads, and put them in a funnel for future communication, which will hopefully lead to conversions once we open registration later this year for our live event business.

Voxie is extremely easy and convenient. We love the mass texting and how easy it is to get in contact with them for help!

The only thing that comes to mind, I wish they had an App for my phone so I could check it easily when I'm not at work.

Max texting has been resolved! Before Voxie we were just text everyone individually. Makes things very easy!

**What do you like best about Voxie?**

We have a B2B side of the company and a B2C side of the company. We take innovations from our B2B team and offer them to the masses in a customizable (B2C) way. Our biggest goal is to quickly learn what products have the necessary demand for us to do a full marketing deployment.

Voxie created the quickest feedback loop we've ever had with our customers. We simply announce a new prototype then use Voxie to text our existing customers with a link to purchase. In less than an hour we know if we have a hit on our hands or if we need to scrap the product. Invaluable intel!

In addition to the real time feedback for new products, we can cross sell to former customers based on their previous purchases. There is no data as valuable as what we glean from directly texting our customers. 

Simply put, we rely on Voxie to run our business the way we want to.

**What do you dislike about Voxie?**

The only downside was that in the beginning my team wasn't agile enough to handle the speed with which we got actionable data. We've tightened that up on our end though.

When a product is a hit, we deploy an independent brand and launch a corresponding social campaign. It used to take us at least a week to get aligned on all these fronts. With Voxie we knew within an hour whether we had a hit, but we weren't ready to deploy a campaign. Be ready to handle speed and an authentic feedback loop unlike anything you've ever experienced. If you're slow, you better learn how to be fast. 

Be ready to effectively cross sell. Don't send irrelevant products. Hone in your complimentary items and tactfully present them to your customers.

Speed. Accessibility. Convenience. In short, the feedback loop. 

We connect directly to our customers via their preferred medium and get feedback instantly.

Sending an image and simply asking a yes/no question; rate 1 - 10; etc. along with a link tells us more about our consumers' preference than anything we've used before. Our customers feel listened to, which is a revelation in and of itself. There's a symbiotic relationship that emerges as they both enjoy seeing new products before anyone else and knowing their feedback is being considered, and we get the most authentic consumer data possible. We get consumer sentiment AND can track buying decisions. When everything is aligned, we know we have a hit and we launch a full campaign (which includes more texting).

**What do you like best about Voxie?**

The best part about Voxie is not having to worry about initiating the conversations and therefore focusing on responding to the customers in need. After inputting your customer data, you can segment your customers based on purchase history, persona, etc. and automate ongoing campaigns that will prompt a conversation. The use of 10 digit numbers also makes our customers feel like the store managers are actually sending them a message that was created just for them. The ability to be fully automated or completely personal at scale is something we haven't found in any other tool.

**What do you dislike about Voxie?**

As crazy as it sounds, the only negative about the platform can sometimes be the number of people that are responding in real time. The positive here is there are automations built in to help manage the inflow of conversations, but we have truly never had such a high response rate from any marketing tool we've used.

**What problems is Voxie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest issues with traditional brick & mortar retail is the store level employees have no way of driving traffic into the store on a slow day, or even how to get in touch with a customer they haven't seen in a while. Not even to mention giving the customer a channel of communication outside of calling or emailing (which is painful to get customers to use regularly). Voxie solves this for us by allowing for store level employees to send campaign messages or specific follow up texts with various customers to drive traffic when it is needed or convey a certain message from the store team. Whether it is an update on a product that there are limited quantities left, reminding them of an upcoming offer, or just checking in to say hello - we have bridged the gap between a customer inside the store and what goes on outside our four walls via communicating through Voxie.

**What do you like best about Voxie?**

I love Voxie because I'm able to send text promotions to my entire contact list automatically! Having no previous technical background prior to using Voxie, I find the platform to be very user-friendly and easy to use. My customers love that the Voxie texts they receive are personalized to them and feel like they're texting with a real human (even though it's actually all being sent automatically). I only have to go into the platform and manually respond to complex or escalated customer questions, which saves me a ton of time. The customer success team has been so helpful in terms of onboarding, implementation, creative strategy, and campaign management. I also receive regular performance and attribution reporting on my Voxie usage and can confidently say that it's become one of my top sales channels.

**What do you dislike about Voxie?**

So far I haven't come across anything I don't like about the platform. While some of the features may seem complex at first, the customer success team does a great job of managing the technical aspects of the platform and explaining text message best practices.

Unlike other texting platforms, you can actually use Voxie to learn more about your customers, which is something I hadn't seen before!

My main reason for using Voxie was to get both new and existing customers back into my stores during the pandemic. Voxie helped me acquire new customers by automatically texting leads from my digital ads and providing a promo code that would bring them into my store. I also used Voxie to text my existing contact list with personalized offers based on their behaviors and past purchase history. What I didn't initially realize is that Voxie can tag and store customer attributes and responses within the platform, which has been incredibly helpful for segmentation and remarketing. Voxie is the only business texting platform I've come across that combines both automation and personalization so I don't have to spend time manually texting back and forth with customers. My customers feel like they're actually texting with me, and I'm able to gain valuable insights and data points from each conversation.

The only dislike would be the costs involved, as in a start-up business that is targeting very specific B2B buyers, it was hard for us to gain approval for funding initially.

In B2B eCommerce it can be difficult to build relationships with customers.  Voxie has created a new touchpoint for us that has resonated with our audience and allows our sales and customer service teams to operate at scale while giving customers a personal feel.
