What problems is Voxer Business solving and how is that benefiting you?

Collaborating with others, brainstorming with others, this is a really quick and easy way to do this. You don't have to worry about emailing or texting back and forth. What do you like best about Voxer Business?

I love this app for staying in touch when it’s convenient FOR ME. I get to catch up and then get caught up when I have The time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voxer Business?

It cuts off at 15 min which sounds like a long time to talk but when you're catching up and maybe voxing on your commute with work that goes quick. If not paying attention and it cuts off after the allotted time you end up talking to yourself .. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Voxer Business?

I like the easiness to make voice notes then the Vox team transcribes my voice message into words. This feature makes it easy for someone who is walking on the field and need to pay attention to where you are walking towards, it avoids any safety issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voxer Business?

Actually, the only thing if I may say something about disliking the app is that the transcribe from voice messages into actual text may take over 24 hours. Overall, I think is a very well thought app as it solves major issues in the field.

Also, the app may need some cleaning of the bugs as sometimes it will crash and fail, but it did not occur often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Voxer Business solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping track of constraints in the field was the main use for this app. The app will give me the capabilities to have a time stamp on when the constraint started and using the voice command feature may it so much easier to walk an entire campus and annotate each constraint found during that walk without having to type anything. It also has capabilities to take pictures, which provided an easier tracker for constraints.

We also used it for job walks to ensure that any comments made in the field gets transcribed into a text or simply use the voice message to go back to that walk, plus adding pictures and videos makes it a great tool when walking new projects to ensure nothing gets missed for estimating purposes. What problems is Voxer Business solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have used it for online coaching clients and with team members. You can set up private chats if you only want certain people to access the conversation, this allows you to quickly chat with members of that team or project. It's very helpful when you have people who are located all over and not in the same time zone so they can review and respond to your message when it's convenient for them and it doesn't get lost in email. "Love for my clients being able to send me any length of voice note messages"

What do you like best about Voxer Business?

My favorite feature with Voxer is that I'm able to send any length of voice messages. I use the app with my coaching clients because as part of their coaching package they receive messenger access to me. Being able to send text and voice note messages in one platform makes it super easy to communicate.

I really love the no time limit on the voice messages because, well, both me and my clients often have a lot to say! In other messenger services that I've used there is a time limit on the length of voice messages, which cuts off my train of flow when I'm sharing a teaching with one of my clients or when I'm answering their questions. The no time limit on Voxer allows me to flow with my thoughts until they are complete and send it as one message.

What do you dislike about Voxer Business?

I dislike that once I record, it's sent and that's that! This sometimes puts pressure on me to feel like I can't make a mistake in my message. Like when I am typing out a message, I'm able to backspace and rewrite something if it's not coming out properly, but with the voice message going through literally at the same time that I'm speaking it, without me being able to re-listen and then decide if I want to send or re-record, I feel a lot of pressure, which sometimes takes me out of my flow when responding to client messages.

Trailing on the same dynamic, I am not a huge fan of the voice note going through at the exact same time, meaning, how the recipient of my message can literally listen as I'm speaking. Sometimes when this is occurring, I feel like it might almost be better to just pick up the phone and call, which I don't actually want to do.

I would again, love to be able to record my message, re-listen to it and be able to then either send it or re-record it before sending! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Voxer Business:

Voxer is great for having an alternative way for messaging your clients. It adds a personal touch that just sending a written message or email doesn't provide which in our current day and age, I personally believe is really valuable. What problems is Voxer Business solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm solving the problem is keeping my business life and my personal life separate. Previously, I had been using Facebook messenger with my life coaching clients for us to send back and forth messages and voice notes, but it felt like different areas of my life were "bleeding" together, if that makes sense! Like, I would go onto Facebook to post a content piece, but then my clients would see in messenger that I was active, but I might not have the time in that moment to reply to their message. I don't want them to think that I'm ignoring them.

This problem is solved with Voxer, because I'm able to keep my client messenger separate and it helps me to create designated times during my day where I open my app to respond to client messages and then close it again when I'm done. Having multiple moving parts in my business, I appreciate being able to focus on one specific aspect at a time and having this app allows me to do that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
