from my experience with Voxco CAWI & CATI:
the difficulty of creating a nice ergonomic questionnaire
Use HTML4 instead of HTML5 which makes it difficult to integrate new components.
the builder "DESIGN" is not well optimized
the worst is the incompatibility with other browsers Chrome, Firefox Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
we can Engage respondents anywhere, anytime.

La simplicité de son infrastructure qui repond à un pro logiciel de sondage qui ce base sur tous les élements offert sur le réseau cloud .. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Entant qu'admin je me retrouve debordé face à plusieurs statistiques Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very flexible questions that allow us to create almost any type of question we need. Advanced logic allows us to customize survey flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few question types we cannot create yet, but Voxco is constantly coming out with updates to make more and more possible. We have had challenges with variables that are not tied to a question end up with a default code width of 128 or 256 that make data files look a bit messy, but we have learned ways around that. It allows complex survey questions and structures, which allows us to ask questions exactly the way we want to ask them.
You can manage a large part of your survey project within the platform : recruiting panelists, programming and distributing surveys, analysis, etc.
We also appreciate the fact that we can be multiple users at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer support is unequal. If I send them a question about a feature or an issue, I sometimes get a very quick and helpful answer. Other times, my email remains unanswered and I have to write them again in order to get an answer.
The complexity of the platform sometimes makes it difficult to use, because it has so many details. For example, when programming an advanced skip logic, I rarely know how to write it correctly. The language is very specific and long to learn.
Also, the appearance of surveys on mobile could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First and foremost, what I like is its flexibility. This was a tool originally built for researchers. Of course, it has adapted to accommodate the more beginner user, but it still has the functionalities to allow advanced users to do more complex things. Things like filtering on NOC (number of choices) or using the current frequency of a given group in selections.
I also like the fact that they are developing their product, adding such new features as automatic translation.
Something I find helpful is their panel management tool, allows you to quite easily manage a client panel and then create and distribute a survey to panel members quite easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Has its share of bugs, workarounds will become part of your routine.
User experience…can be complicated to use for someone first getting started.
Lacks some of the visual bells and whistles that other platforms may offer (survey type questions). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Voxco provides our team with a cost-effective survey platform that is packed with advanced features and functions (panel management, advanced logic and expressions, HTML + CSS customization, API integrations, etc). There hasn't been a function we've needed that Voxco doesn't already provide (in some cases they've integrated for us based on project needs). The staff, both on the sales/account side and the tech/support side are always willing to help with even the smallest of issues. Client/user success is a priority at Voxco. It's uncommon to recieve such robust support. We've been very pleased with our Voxco experience and recommend the platform to anyone currently being sucked dry from the overly-expensive alterative platforms that aren't as robust as Voxco. The overall look and feel of the survey engine (including live surveys) is a bit dated, but the dev team is actively working to add newer functions, question types, and improve the current look adn feel options to enhance the user and respondent experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a market research analyst, it is necessary to work with a survey platform that can handle complex programming and provide me with the feedback I need to understand the effectiveness of the surveys. With the Voxco platform, I can view respondent actions regarding the survey. I can look at survey data and who is responding in order to target reminders. We're able to test programs to insure that the logic is working properly and the data that is provided can easily integrate into our analytical software. These are just a few of the features that I use most but many other features are available. Overall, it's easy to use and gets the job done. I've been using Voxco for nearly five years and am very happy with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't really experienced any downsides with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Voxco supports all of the basic question types we need to perform primary research, as well as some light scripting to help automate respondent flows and streamline data collection.
It doesn't have some "flashier" question types I have seen in other data collection platforms, but honestly I consider that a positive; having to use reliable, consistent question types means that we have to think through questions to make sure accurately and validly collect the intended data, and will be straightforward and familiar for respondents to answer.
Voxco staff has always been friendly and helpful, and quick to help us resolve any issues that arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The documentation could stand to be improved. As a survey programmer, it would be helpful to have more concrete examples were provided as the syntax is somewhat unique to Voxco and can be difficult to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The simplicity of the user interface has allowed us to give the job of programming to junior level staff, freeing senior staff for analysis and reporting. Occasional intricate coding requires more hands on work, but the technical and customer support staff are excellent. Responsive and helpful. We have used the built-in Voxco panel for our occasional consumer fielding to great results. We have also been able to streamline reward delivery through seamless integration with BHN (Rybbon). Some limitations to look and feel, but nothing we haven't been able to work around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the number of features it offers, specifically with regards to CATI Phone Surveys and Online Surveys. My company does many of these surveys so it's nice to have everything in one place. Putting together online surveys is very easy, and I found creating branching logic to be very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the customer service and help documentation to be very disappointing. Finding answers to simple questions forces you to sift their help document, which is very technically oriented and difficult for the average reader to understand. Reaching out to customer support does not help much either, as much of the support is done over email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
